【摘要】：近年來,由于我國政府對糧食生產(chǎn)的重視,推出了一系列的糧食保護政策,刺激了糧食生產(chǎn)的積極性,但同時也造成了產(chǎn)量高,庫存高,進口高的“三高”局面的發(fā)生,不僅對財政造了巨大的壓力,也使環(huán)境逐步惡化。黑龍江省梧桐河農(nóng)場作為以生產(chǎn)大米為主要產(chǎn)品的國有農(nóng)場,位于我國的三江平原,天然無污染的自然資源造就了這里的大米口感醇香,晶瑩飽滿。在中國經(jīng)濟步入新常態(tài)和過去的保護政策弊端顯現(xiàn)的情況下,如何降低成本,提高收益,是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)者的當務之急。本文以實地調研為基礎,以合理化為方向,從梧桐河農(nóng)場歷史沿革和現(xiàn)狀入手對農(nóng)場做了概述;以水稻為例,對梧桐河農(nóng)場農(nóng)作物種植進行分析,主要從生產(chǎn)成本,金融和保險,農(nóng)機的應用,化肥的使用,農(nóng)藥的使用,農(nóng)場的規(guī)模等方面進行分析;從國內(nèi)和國際兩個角度對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價格進行梳理和分析,并對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價格進行了展望;以鄭州為調研目的地,對大米的營銷做了分析;結合前面的調研,探討了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中存在的問題;從體制機制和品牌建設等方面提出了針對性的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the importance attached by the Chinese government to grain production, a series of food protection policies have been put forward, which have stimulated the enthusiasm of grain production, but at the same time have caused the "three high" situation of high production, high stock and high import. Not only has it put great pressure on finance, but it has also made the environment worse. As a state-owned farm with rice as its main product, Wutong River Farm of Heilongjiang Province is located in the Sanjiang Plain of China. The natural and pollution-free natural resources make the rice taste mellow and crystal full. With China's economy stepping into the new normal and the malpractice of the past protection policy appearing, how to reduce the cost and increase the income is the urgent task for the agricultural producers. Based on field investigation and rationalization, this paper summarizes the history and present situation of Indus River Farm, takes rice as an example, analyzes crop planting in Indus River Farm, mainly from production cost. Finance and insurance, the application of agricultural machinery, the use of chemical fertilizer, the use of pesticides, the scale of farm, and so on, the price of agricultural products from the domestic and international perspectives were combed and analyzed, and the price of agricultural products was prospected. Taking Zhengzhou as the research destination, this paper analyzes the marketing of rice, discusses the problems existing in the process of agricultural production, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system, mechanism and brand construction.
