【摘要】：21世紀(jì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展迅速,農(nóng)業(yè)示范園已經(jīng)成為其主要模式,這一新形態(tài)的出現(xiàn),使現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園的迅速成長與發(fā)展,演繹了科技農(nóng)業(yè)時代的全新經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。因此,越來越多的國內(nèi)外學(xué)者開始格外關(guān)注對現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園的研究。而現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園就是在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中將其科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,用現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營模式管理示范園,使其走可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,從而達(dá)到農(nóng)民增收、效益增加的目的,這也是建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的必然之路。本文主要以桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園的發(fā)展水平作研究,從相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ)入手,根據(jù)桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園的總體概況、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益發(fā)展、資源環(huán)境發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,采用問卷調(diào)查法,進(jìn)一步了解桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、規(guī)模及水平。在近幾年中,桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、數(shù)量不斷增加、固定投資總額持續(xù)上升、物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)逐步完善、科技投入快速增加、資源環(huán)境發(fā)展也逐漸受到重視。筆者對桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園建立了科學(xué)的指標(biāo)評價體系,選取了3個二級指標(biāo),分別是:基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)發(fā)展因子、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益發(fā)展因子、資源環(huán)境發(fā)展因子。實(shí)證分析認(rèn)為:對于桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園發(fā)展水平影響最大的是基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)發(fā)展因子,其次是經(jīng)濟(jì)效益發(fā)展因子,這里值得一提的是,資源環(huán)境發(fā)展因子影響力并不顯著,并沒有應(yīng)意識到資源環(huán)境效益也是發(fā)展水平的一個重要指標(biāo),還需繼續(xù)努力。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示出各示范園各因子的排名及得分,總結(jié)分析了各示范園在發(fā)展中存在的不足。同時,借鑒了三個國內(nèi)發(fā)展較好的示范園,總結(jié)其發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建了促進(jìn)桓臺縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園發(fā)展的對策建議,這無論在理論上還是在實(shí)踐上都具有深刻的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agricultural industry modernization in the 21st century, the agricultural demonstration garden has become its main mode. The emergence of this new form has led to the rapid growth and development of the modern agricultural demonstration park, which deduces a new economic model in the era of scientific and technological agriculture. Therefore, more and more scholars at home and abroad began to pay special attention to the study of modern agricultural demonstration park. The modern agricultural demonstration garden is to transform its scientific and technological achievements in the course of agricultural production, to manage the demonstration garden with modern management mode, so that it can take the road of sustainable development, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing farmers' income and increasing their benefits. This is also the inevitable road of building modern agriculture. This paper mainly takes the development level of Huantai modern agricultural demonstration garden as the research, starting with the related concepts and theoretical basis, according to the general situation of Huantai modern agricultural demonstration garden, the development of infrastructure construction, the development of economic benefits. Field investigation on the development of resources and environment is carried out, and the present situation, scale and level of the development of modern agricultural demonstration garden in Huantai County are further understood by means of questionnaire survey. In recent years, the scale of modern agricultural demonstration garden in Huantai County has been expanded, the amount of fixed investment has been increasing, the material foundation has been gradually improved, the investment of science and technology has increased rapidly, and the development of resources and environment has been paid more and more attention. The author established a scientific index evaluation system for Huantai modern agricultural demonstration garden, and selected three secondary indexes, namely: infrastructure development factor, economic benefit development factor, resource and environment development factor. The empirical analysis shows that the development level of modern agricultural demonstration garden in Huantai County is influenced by the factors of infrastructure development, followed by economic development factors. What is worth mentioning here is that the influence of the development factors of resources and environment is not significant. We should not realize that resource and environment benefit is also an important indicator of development level. The empirical results show the rank and score of each factor of the demonstration garden, and summarize and analyze the deficiency of each demonstration garden in the development. At the same time, the author draws lessons from three domestic demonstration parks, sums up their development experience, and constructs countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Huantai modern agricultural demonstration garden, which is of profound significance both in theory and in practice.
