【摘要】：對(duì)我國(guó)五種類型城市1618名農(nóng)民工的城市落戶現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,揭示了城市特征對(duì)農(nóng)民工落戶行為的影響。研究表明:總體來(lái)說(shuō),城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、城市社會(huì)融合、農(nóng)民工子女入學(xué)政策和城市戶籍政策宣傳均顯著影響農(nóng)民工落戶行為,而城市壓力沒(méi)有顯著影響。不同類型城市的比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在超大和特大城市,良好經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r極大地吸引著農(nóng)民工進(jìn)城落戶,相反大城市、中等和小城市,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)農(nóng)民工的落戶行為影響甚微;而農(nóng)民工子女入學(xué)政策僅在超大城市有顯著作用;城市社會(huì)融合以及戶籍政策宣傳在各類型城市均能促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工落戶行為,同時(shí),城市壓力依然在各類型城市不存在影響效果。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)農(nóng)民工城市落戶的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The survey data of 1618 migrant workers in five types of cities in China were analyzed, and the influence of urban characteristics on the behavior of migrant workers was revealed. The results show that the social and economic development of the city, the integration of the urban society, the enrollment policy of the children of migrant workers and the promotion of the urban household registration policy all have significant effects on the behavior of the migrant workers to settle down, but the urban pressure has no significant effect on the behavior of the migrant workers. Comparative studies in different types of cities have found that in mega-cities and mega-cities, good economic and social development has greatly attracted migrant workers to settle into cities, whereas large cities, medium and small cities, The status of economic and social development has little effect on migrant workers' settlement behavior; however, the enrollment policy of migrant workers' children only plays a significant role in megacities; urban social integration and household registration policy propaganda can promote migrant workers' settling behavior in all types of cities. At the same time, urban pressure still does not affect the effect of various types of cities. On this basis, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the urban settlement of migrant workers.
