基于生態(tài)足跡改進(jìn)模型的云南省耕地利用可持續(xù)性研究

【摘要】:耕地作為人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的重要農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料和戰(zhàn)略資源之一,評價(jià)其利用可持續(xù)狀況,對保障區(qū)域耕地資源動態(tài)平衡、協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域人地關(guān)系和實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有極其重要的作用和意義。本研究選取典型山區(qū)省份云南省為研究對象,以第二次全國土地調(diào)查以來的2009~2014年為研究時段,以耕地生產(chǎn)的投入—產(chǎn)出為切入點(diǎn),以耕地提供生產(chǎn)被人類消費(fèi)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品及消納耕地生產(chǎn)被消費(fèi)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品所產(chǎn)生廢棄物為落腳點(diǎn),從創(chuàng)建耕地賬戶,劃分足跡組分;分別采用傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)足跡模型、引入應(yīng)用碳足跡模型核算耕地生產(chǎn)性足跡、耕地生態(tài)性足跡2個子賬戶;修正傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)足跡模型的均衡因子、產(chǎn)量因子等3個方面,改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)的生態(tài)足跡模型;诟倪M(jìn)后的生態(tài)足跡模型核算云南省及各州市耕地生態(tài)足跡、耕地生態(tài)承載力,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出耕地可持續(xù)壓力指數(shù)、耕地可持續(xù)供需指數(shù)、耕地可持續(xù)效率指數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建綜合判定耕地利用可持續(xù)性的三角模型,并將耕地利用可持續(xù)性評價(jià)指數(shù)代入該模型,判定云南省及各州市耕地利用可持續(xù)性程度,分析其時空變化,提出耕地可持續(xù)利用的建議。本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下:1)從云南省耕地利用可持續(xù)性程度及其變化看,2009~2014年云南省耕地利用可持續(xù)狀態(tài)經(jīng)歷了較強(qiáng)可持續(xù)(Ⅱ型)、一般可持續(xù)(Ⅲ型)、弱可持續(xù)(Ⅳ型)和弱不可持續(xù)(Ⅴ型)等4個狀態(tài)類型,總體上呈現(xiàn)“W”型波動下降趨勢。全省人均耕地生態(tài)足跡呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)上升、人均生態(tài)承載力呈波動下降;耕地可持續(xù)壓力指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢,耕地可持續(xù)供需指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,耕地可持續(xù)效率指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢但指數(shù)值仍然較高,導(dǎo)致云南省耕地利用可持續(xù)狀態(tài)總體上呈下降趨勢。2)從云南省各州市耕地利用可持續(xù)性程度及其變化看,云南省16個州市的耕地利用可持續(xù)性程度普遍較低,多為一般可持續(xù)(Ⅲ型)、弱可持續(xù)性(Ⅳ型)、弱不可持續(xù)(Ⅴ型)等低等級的可持續(xù)性程度,且整體上呈現(xiàn)5種變化類型:(1)德宏州、昆明市、怒江州、紅河州、曲靖市、文山州、臨滄市和大理州呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定型;(2)玉溪市、西雙版納州和保山市呈現(xiàn)“L”型下降變化;(3)雄州、昭通市和麗江市呈現(xiàn)反向“L”型變化;(4)普洱市呈現(xiàn)“N”型變化;(5)迪慶州呈現(xiàn)“V”型變化。3)從云南省耕地利用可持續(xù)性的空間格局看,2009~2014年云南省耕地利用可持續(xù)性的空間差異較大,耕地利用可持續(xù)性程度在空間分布上由滇東北區(qū)、滇中區(qū)向周邊地區(qū)逐步增大,具體表現(xiàn)為:滇西南區(qū)滇西區(qū)滇東南區(qū)滇西北區(qū)滇東北區(qū)滇中區(qū)。4)云南省耕地可持續(xù)利用的提高應(yīng)從政策層面、管理層面和技術(shù)層面著手。
[Abstract]:As one of the important means of agricultural production and strategic resources for human survival and development, the evaluation of the sustainable utilization of cultivated land can ensure the dynamic balance of cultivated land resources in the region. It is very important to coordinate the relationship between man and land and to realize regional sustainable development. In this study, Yunnan Province, a typical mountainous province, was selected as the research object, the period from 2009 to 2014 since the second National Land Survey was taken as the research period, and the input-output of cultivated land production was taken as the starting point. Taking cultivated land to provide agricultural products for human consumption and to absorb the wastes generated by cultivated land production and consumption of agricultural products as the foothold, from the establishment of cultivated land accounts, the footprint components are divided, and the traditional ecological footprint model is adopted respectively. The carbon footprint model was introduced to calculate the productive footprint of cultivated land and the ecological footprint of cultivated land to two sub-accounts, and the balance factor and yield factor of the traditional ecological footprint model were revised to improve the traditional ecological footprint model. Based on the improved ecological footprint model to calculate the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land in Yunnan and other cities, the sustainable pressure index of cultivated land, the index of sustainable supply and demand of cultivated land, and the index of sustainable efficiency of cultivated land are calculated. A triangle model is constructed to determine the sustainability of cultivated land use, and the evaluation index of cultivated land use sustainability is added to the model to determine the degree of cultivated land use sustainability in Yunnan and other cities and to analyze its temporal and spatial changes. Suggestions for sustainable utilization of cultivated land are put forward.
