南寧市人地關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人類對(duì)土地利用的深度和廣度都有所提升,人類活動(dòng)與自然環(huán)境之間的矛盾也逐漸加劇,人地關(guān)系受到越來越多的關(guān)注。協(xié)調(diào)人地關(guān)系,從土地利用的實(shí)踐角度探索人類發(fā)展與環(huán)境生態(tài)之間的平衡,走穩(wěn)步可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,成為現(xiàn)代人類無法回避的必然選擇。本研究從土地利用角度入手,構(gòu)建了基于土地利用的人地關(guān)系理論框架,運(yùn)用人類活動(dòng)壓力指標(biāo)模型、人地關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)度模型、人地關(guān)系響應(yīng)度模型、空間分析等研究方法構(gòu)建了基于土地利用的人地關(guān)系評(píng)價(jià)體系,全面探討南寧市人類活動(dòng)對(duì)資源環(huán)境的壓力強(qiáng)度作用,以及資源環(huán)境對(duì)人類活動(dòng)的承載作用,并評(píng)估了南寧市2005-2012年時(shí)間和空間上人地關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài),旨在為南寧市的人口與土地、人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)、土地利用與社會(huì)發(fā)展之間的平衡發(fā)展提供參考。整體而言,論文從土地利用變化視角系統(tǒng)研究了南寧人地關(guān)系演變規(guī)律,主要結(jié)論為:(1)南寧市2005-2012年人地關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)水平由良好協(xié)調(diào)向高度協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,耦合度由磨合階段向高水平耦合發(fā)展,2010年后協(xié)調(diào)度上升趨勢平緩:(2)2005-2012年南寧人類活動(dòng)壓力指數(shù)持續(xù)上升,資源環(huán)境抗壓能力呈倒“N”型發(fā)展,土地利用強(qiáng)度指數(shù)增長速率大于資源環(huán)境承載指數(shù)速率;(3)南寧市土地利用對(duì)人地關(guān)系的響應(yīng)度和響應(yīng)度指數(shù)呈90度“八”字型趨勢,即目前南寧市人類活動(dòng)強(qiáng)度導(dǎo)致資源環(huán)境水平下降且程度增大,呈負(fù)響應(yīng),對(duì)南寧市人地關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)起脅迫作用;(4)南寧市12個(gè)行政區(qū)單元的人地關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)度以人口規(guī)模擴(kuò)張強(qiáng)度大、土地利用強(qiáng)度高的青秀區(qū)、良慶區(qū)為中心進(jìn)行輻射,距離中心越遠(yuǎn),協(xié)調(diào)度越低;谝陨现饕芯拷Y(jié)論,文章提出了南寧市人地關(guān)系目前存在的問題,提出了可從人口的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上優(yōu)化“人”、從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和新型生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)上優(yōu)化“地”、通過以市區(qū)帶動(dòng)縣域的以點(diǎn)帶面形式促進(jìn)土地利用強(qiáng)度弱的縣域城市發(fā)展、緩解人類活動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大的市區(qū)人地關(guān)系壓力,達(dá)到區(qū)域內(nèi)部平衡穩(wěn)步、協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the depth and breadth of human land use have been improved, the contradiction between human activities and natural environment has been gradually intensified, and the relationship between man and land has been paid more and more attention. To coordinate the land relationship, to explore the balance between human development and environmental ecology from the perspective of land use practice, and to take the road of steady sustainable development has become an inevitable choice that modern human beings cannot avoid. From the perspective of land use, this study constructs a theoretical framework of human-land relations based on land use, using the human activity stress index model, human-land relationship coordination degree model, human-land relationship response degree model. Spatial analysis and other research methods have constructed the evaluation system of human-land relationship based on land use, and comprehensively discussed the pressure and intensity effect of human activities on resources and environment in Nanning City, and the bearing role of resources and environment on human activities. In order to provide a reference for the balanced development of population and land, population and economy, land use and social development in Nanning from 2005 to 2012, the paper evaluates the coordination of man-land relationship between time and space in Nanning City, and aims at providing reference for the balanced development of population and land, population and economy, land use and social development in Nanning. As a whole, from the perspective of land use change, this paper systematically studies the evolution law of human-land relationship in Nanning. The main conclusion is that the coordination level of human-land relations in Nanning from 2005 to 2012 has changed from good coordination to highly coordinated development. The coupling degree developed from running-in stage to high level coupling. After 2010, the degree of coordination increased gradually, and the pressure index of human activities in Nanning from 2005 to 2012 continued to rise, and the capacity of resources and environment to resist pressure showed an inverted "N" type development. The growth rate of land use intensity index is greater than that of resources and environment bearing index. That is, at present, the intensity of human activities in Nanning City leads to a decrease in the level of resources and environment and an increase in its degree, showing a negative response. The degree of coordination of human-land relations in the 12 administrative districts of Nanning City is based on the intensity of population expansion and the intensity of land use in Qingxiu District with high land use intensity, and the Liangqing District is the center of radiation, the farther away from the center, The lower the degree of coordination. Based on the above main research conclusions, the paper puts forward the problems existing in the relationship between people and land in Nanning, and puts forward that "people" can be optimized in terms of population quantity and quality, and "land" should be optimized in terms of industrial structure and new ecological agriculture. By promoting the development of the county cities with weak land use intensity in the form of driving the county by the urban area, the pressure of the relationship between the people and the land in the urban areas with the high intensity of human activities can be alleviated, and the regional internal balance can be achieved steadily and the goal of coordinated and sustainable development can be achieved.
