湘西黃牛區(qū)域品牌建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展及居民收入水平不斷提高,人們生活消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)己成必然趨勢(shì)。牛肉因具有低膽固醇、低脂肪、高蛋白質(zhì)等多種優(yōu)點(diǎn),符合當(dāng)前消費(fèi)水平產(chǎn)品升級(jí)需求。湖南省及湘西自治州政府正全力推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)品牌戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展,重點(diǎn)打造引領(lǐng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展知名農(nóng)業(yè)品牌作為加快現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略。湘西黃牛是湖南省國(guó)家級(jí)優(yōu)良農(nóng)業(yè)知名品種,自2006年被國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)部列入國(guó)家級(jí)品種資源保護(hù)名錄,2011年納入國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略性新興農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)目錄后,湘西自治州政府圍繞湘西黃牛區(qū)域品牌建設(shè),大力培養(yǎng)規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖基地及建設(shè)深加企業(yè)。目前,湘西黃牛已初步形成了具有一定競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的地區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。在武陵山區(qū)國(guó)家級(jí)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施與推進(jìn)的大背景下,并隨著湘西地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加入國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)進(jìn)程加快,湘西黃牛優(yōu)質(zhì)牛肉進(jìn)入更加廣闊市場(chǎng)空間,湘西黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨重大機(jī)遇與嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。本文在通過(guò)理論分析及實(shí)地調(diào)研獲取大量數(shù)據(jù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合湖南德農(nóng)牧業(yè)科技有限公司案例分析,對(duì)湘西黃牛優(yōu)質(zhì)的牛肉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的區(qū)域品種、品牌、飼料資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境及旅游資源等優(yōu)勢(shì);現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度偏低、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)薄弱、龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)力不足等劣勢(shì);肉牛市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景光明、符合地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與國(guó)家發(fā)展規(guī)劃等機(jī)遇;國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)激烈日益競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量存在安全隱患、產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程緩慢等方面進(jìn)行了探討,并充分借鑒了澳大利亞、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家及國(guó)內(nèi)大連雪龍等國(guó)內(nèi)外成功牛肉品牌建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在分析湘西黃牛品牌建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了湘西黃牛區(qū)域品牌建設(shè)的發(fā)展建議,提出了全方位扶植湘西黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展、樹(shù)立品牌觀念,強(qiáng)化品牌意識(shí)、多維度強(qiáng)化區(qū)域品牌建設(shè)力度、推廣龍頭企業(yè)成功作法、促進(jìn)各環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化與一體化經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制等相關(guān)措施。以此來(lái)提升湘西黃牛的現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平,對(duì)湘西黃牛優(yōu)質(zhì)牛肉產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展、湘西黃牛區(qū)域品牌建設(shè)、湘西地區(qū)特色經(jīng)濟(jì)及地區(qū)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of residents' income level, it has become an inevitable trend for people to upgrade their living and consumption structure. Beef has many advantages, such as low cholesterol, low fat, high protein and so on. The governments of Hunan and Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture are promoting the development of agricultural brand strategy, focusing on building leading industries and developing well-known agricultural brands as an important strategy to speed up the development of modern agriculture. Xiangxi Yellow cattle is a famous national fine agricultural variety in Hunan Province. Since 2006, it has been included in the National Variety Resource Protection list by the Ministry of Agriculture, and in 2011, it has been included in the National catalogue of Strategic emerging Agricultural Industries. The government of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture focuses on the construction of regional brand of Xiangxi Yellow cattle, and vigorously cultivates large-scale breeding bases and builds deep enterprises. At present, Xiangxi cattle has formed a competitive regional leading industry. In the context of the implementation and promotion of the national development strategy in Wulingshan, and with the accelerated process of agricultural products from Xiangxi to join the domestic and foreign markets, the high-quality beef of Xiangxi Yellow cattle entered a broader market space. Xiangxi cattle industry development is faced with great opportunities and severe challenges. On the basis of theoretical analysis and field investigation to obtain a large number of data, combined with the case study of Hunan de Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Co., Ltd, this paper analyzes the regional varieties, brands and feed resources faced by the development of high-quality beef industry of Xiangxi Yellow cattle. The advantages of ecological environment and tourism resources, such as low degree of modern industrialization, weak foundation of industrialization development, lack of driving power of leading enterprises, bright development prospects of beef cattle market, accord with the opportunities of local economic development and national development plan, etc. The fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets, the hidden dangers to product quality and the slow process of industrialization are discussed, and Australia is fully used for reference. Japan and other developed countries, as well as domestic and foreign successful beef brands such as Dalian Xuelong, are based on the analysis of the current situation, existing problems and causes of Xiangxi cattle brand construction. The suggestions for the development of the regional brand construction of Xiangxi cattle were put forward. The sustainable development of Xiangxi cattle industry, the establishment of brand concept, the strengthening of brand awareness, the strengthening of regional brand construction in many dimensions and the promotion of successful practices of leading enterprises were put forward. Promote each link to realize industrialization and integrated management mechanism and other relevant measures. In order to promote the modernization industrialization level of Xiangxi cattle, it will play a positive role in the healthy development of Xiangxi cattle quality beef industry, the construction of regional brand of Xiangxi cattle, the promotion of the regional characteristic economy and the overall economic competitiveness of Xiangxi area.
