【摘要】：海洋漁業(yè)資源已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界不可被忽視的重要資源。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人類(lèi)需求的增加,海洋漁業(yè)資源越來(lái)越成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。非洲豐富的天然漁業(yè)資源,日益成為大國(guó)海洋競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的利益著眼點(diǎn)。中國(guó)本著互惠的原則,與非洲國(guó)家展開(kāi)海洋漁業(yè)合作,雙方優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),以求互利共贏。中非如何更好地開(kāi)展海洋漁業(yè)合作成為一個(gè)不可回避的重要課題,雙方既迎來(lái)無(wú)限機(jī)遇,同時(shí)又面對(duì)眾多挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Marine fishery resources have become an important resource that can not be ignored in the world today. With the development of economy and the increase of human demand, marine fishery resources have become an indispensable part of people's life. Africa's rich natural fishery resources, increasingly become the interests of the major marine competition point. In line with the principle of reciprocity, China and African countries cooperate in marine fisheries to complement each other's strengths and seek mutual benefit and win-win results. How to better carry out cooperation in marine fisheries between China and Africa has become an unavoidable and important issue. Both sides face unlimited opportunities as well as many challenges at the same time.
