【摘要】：土地改革前,蘇南地區(qū)的公地約占當?shù)赝恋乜偯娣e的6%左右。其主要有以下三種形式,一是宗族性公地,如義莊、祠堂土地等;二是宗教性公地,如神會、寺廟土地等;三是公益性公地,如學田、慈善機關(guān)田等。在經(jīng)營管理方面,主要采取出租,輔之以輪種。在公地收入用途上,除舉辦一些福利事業(yè)、維持機構(gòu)的生存和發(fā)展之外,浪費也比較嚴重。
[Abstract]:Before the land reform, the common land in southern Jiangsu occupied about 6% of the total land area. It has the following three main forms, one is clan common land, such as Yi Zhuang, ancestral hall land, etc.; the other is religious common land, such as god society, temple land and so on; the third is public welfare common land, such as study field, charity organization field and so on In terms of management, the main use of rental, supplemented by rotation. In the use of common land income, in addition to the establishment of some welfare services to maintain the survival and development of the organization, waste is also relatively serious.
