江西省煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展重要度及適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)分析

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展和農(nóng)機(jī)具的不斷推陳出新,煙葉生產(chǎn)對(duì)農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的需求不斷增強(qiáng),新型煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的不斷涌現(xiàn),有力的促進(jìn)了煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于煙草行業(yè)的特殊性以及我國(guó)煙草農(nóng)機(jī)研發(fā)相對(duì)滯后,部分煙草農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品研發(fā)后,未充分考慮農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械作業(yè)條件的差異以及各地農(nóng)藝要求的不同,沒(méi)有結(jié)合實(shí)際情況研究煙草農(nóng)機(jī)發(fā)展優(yōu)先性和重要性,出現(xiàn)了農(nóng)機(jī)與農(nóng)藝不相符的情況以及適應(yīng)性差等問(wèn)題,不僅造成煙農(nóng)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,還影響煙葉生產(chǎn)。煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品是關(guān)系著保護(hù)煙農(nóng)利益和保持煙葉生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定的問(wèn)題,它越來(lái)越被人們所關(guān)注。研究煙草農(nóng)機(jī)發(fā)展的重要性和適應(yīng)性也順應(yīng)了煙草農(nóng)機(jī)的發(fā)展。論文在江西省煙草公司“煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究和建立”課題研究中,通過(guò)對(duì)江西省煙區(qū)煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,提出了采用層次分析法的煙草農(nóng)機(jī)發(fā)展重要度評(píng)價(jià)模型,通過(guò)對(duì)煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目發(fā)展重要度和適用性的研究,用量化的指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展方向。同時(shí)對(duì)其他行業(yè)的重要度評(píng)價(jià)方法的制定具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。本文通過(guò)調(diào)查研究和分析,提出了依照評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)確定的原則,建立并量化了以經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)生態(tài)和適宜可行三類一級(jí)指標(biāo);使用利用率、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、投入產(chǎn)出率、勞均作業(yè)量、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、改善土層土質(zhì)、推動(dòng)集約規(guī)模、適用實(shí)用程度、財(cái)力動(dòng)力條件和維護(hù)操作適宜共十個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。依據(jù)煙草生產(chǎn)的農(nóng)藝流程,結(jié)合機(jī)械作業(yè)的相似性,建立了煙草農(nóng)機(jī)分類規(guī)則,將煙草農(nóng)機(jī)項(xiàng)目分為田間作業(yè)和粗加工二類共11個(gè)項(xiàng)目,建立了煙草農(nóng)機(jī)發(fā)展重要性及適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)體系模型。結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,并通過(guò)專家咨詢等,探討了各指標(biāo)的測(cè)定方法,運(yùn)用層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)判對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了綜合分析。煙草農(nóng)機(jī)發(fā)展重要度的評(píng)價(jià)最終結(jié)果體現(xiàn)在煙草農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的優(yōu)先指數(shù)上,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)體系中對(duì)專家與煙技站技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì),構(gòu)建個(gè)體判斷矩陣進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,得到了江西省煙草農(nóng)機(jī)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的優(yōu)先次序?yàn)?耕整類機(jī)械、運(yùn)輸類機(jī)械、烘烤類機(jī)械、中耕管理類機(jī)械、植保類機(jī)械、播種育苗類機(jī)械、煙桿處理類機(jī)械、覆膜施肥類機(jī)械、移栽類機(jī)械、采收類機(jī)械、打包類機(jī)械。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern tobacco agriculture and the innovation of agricultural machinery, the demand of tobacco leaf production for agricultural machinery products is increasing, and the emerging of new tobacco agricultural machinery products has promoted the development of tobacco industry. Because of the particularity of the tobacco industry and the relative lag in the research and development of tobacco agricultural machinery in China, some tobacco agricultural machinery products have not fully considered the differences in the operating conditions of agricultural machinery and the different agronomic requirements in various places after the research and development of some tobacco agricultural machinery products. The development priority and importance of tobacco agricultural machinery were not studied in combination with the actual situation, and the problems such as incompatibility between agricultural machinery and agronomy and poor adaptability were found, which not only caused economic losses for tobacco farmers, but also affected tobacco leaf production. Tobacco agricultural machinery products are related to the protection of the interests of tobacco farmers and to maintain the stability of tobacco production, it has been paid more and more attention. The research on the importance and adaptability of tobacco agricultural machinery also conforms to the development of tobacco farm machinery. In the research of the research and establishment of tobacco agricultural machinery product quality evaluation system in Jiangxi tobacco company, the paper investigates and analyzes the relevant data of tobacco agricultural machinery products in Jiangxi tobacco region. An evaluation model of the importance of tobacco agricultural machinery development using AHP was put forward. The development direction of tobacco agricultural machinery products was evaluated by quantitative indexes through the research on the development importance and applicability of tobacco agricultural machinery products. At the same time, it has certain guiding significance to the establishment of the evaluation method of other industries' importance. Through investigation, research and analysis, this paper puts forward the principles determined according to the evaluation index, and establishes and quantifies three kinds of first-grade indexes: economic benefit, social ecology and suitability and feasibility, utilization rate, labor productivity, input-output rate, and so on. The evaluation index system of ten secondary indexes, such as average work quantity, reduce labor intensity, improve soil quality, promote intensive scale, apply practical degree, financial power condition and maintenance operation. According to the agronomic process of tobacco production and the similarity of mechanical operation, the classification rules of tobacco agricultural machinery were established, and the tobacco agricultural machinery items were divided into two categories: field operation and rough processing. The evaluation system model of the importance and adaptability of tobacco agricultural machinery development was established. Combined with the production practice and through expert consultation, this paper discusses the measuring methods of each index, and determines the weight of each index by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The index is comprehensively analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The final evaluation result of the importance of tobacco agricultural machinery development is reflected in the priority index of tobacco agricultural machinery development. According to the questionnaire survey and statistics of experts and technical personnel of tobacco technology station in the evaluation system, the individual judgement matrix is constructed and analyzed. The priorities of the development of tobacco agricultural machinery projects in Jiangxi Province are as follows: plowing machinery, transportation machinery, baking machinery, middle tillage management machinery, plant protection machinery, seeding and seedling breeding machinery, tobacco pole treatment machinery, film mulching and fertilization machinery. Transplanting machinery, harvesting machinery, packaging machinery.
