【摘要】：以武漢市城郊江夏區(qū)和蔡甸區(qū)的516戶農(nóng)民家庭為實(shí)證,運(yùn)用logistic和分位數(shù)回歸模型探索家庭生計(jì)資本對(duì)農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn)行為的影響及閾值。結(jié)果表明:(1)人力資本和金融資本與農(nóng)戶農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)出行為呈顯著正向相關(guān),家庭農(nóng)地資源稟賦、機(jī)耕能力、社會(huì)資源稟賦及經(jīng)營(yíng)能力的信任程度等與農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)出行為負(fù)向相關(guān)。相反,自然資源稟賦及農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械投入對(duì)農(nóng)戶土地轉(zhuǎn)入行為的正向影響顯著,而家庭融資能力則對(duì)農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)入行為呈顯著的負(fù)向影響。(2)分位數(shù)回歸結(jié)果顯示,對(duì)農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn)行為存在影響閾值的僅有韌性指數(shù)。當(dāng)農(nóng)戶家庭韌性指數(shù)≤2時(shí),隨韌性指數(shù)增強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)出傾向愈強(qiáng);家庭韌性指數(shù)≥3時(shí),農(nóng)戶農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)出傾向隨指數(shù)增強(qiáng)而弱化。該研究從農(nóng)戶微觀個(gè)體視角探索生計(jì)資本異質(zhì)對(duì)農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)行為的影響,為針對(duì)農(nóng)戶家庭需求制定差別化的農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)政策、有效推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)提供建議參考。
[Abstract]:Based on 516 peasant families in Jiangxia District and Caidian District in the suburbs of Wuhan City, this paper explores the influence and threshold of household livelihood capital on farmers' land circulation behavior by using logistic and quantile regression model. The results show that human capital and financial capital have a significant positive correlation with the rural land conversion behavior, and the family farmland resource endowment, the machine farming ability, the social resource endowment and the degree of trust of the management ability have negative correlation with the farmland conversion behavior. On the contrary, natural resource endowment and agricultural machinery input have a significant positive effect on the land transfer behavior of farmers, while the family financing ability has a significant negative effect on the transfer behavior of farmers.
