【摘要】：眾所周知,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群可以通過(guò)提高區(qū)域生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展,已被世界各國(guó)廣泛采用,并作為拉動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要模式之一。自古至今,農(nóng)業(yè)作為人類(lèi)的“母親產(chǎn)業(yè)”,既是衣食之源,也是生存之本。如何發(fā)展好農(nóng)業(yè)也一直是各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重中之重。尤其是在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化激烈發(fā)展和世界人口急劇增長(zhǎng)的當(dāng)下,農(nóng)業(yè),特別是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)必須同其他產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣,通過(guò)依附科技進(jìn)步和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式發(fā)展加以面對(duì)。作為我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,安徽省具有發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群得天獨(dú)厚的天然優(yōu)勢(shì),其發(fā)展好壞對(duì)于我國(guó)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行影響巨大。尤其是在當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的大背景下,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展就顯的尤為重要,“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題也一直是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的核心問(wèn)題。而農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè)和工業(yè)之間的連接道路,是解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。因此,在此背景下研究安徽省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)于解決安徽省的“三農(nóng)問(wèn)題”,促進(jìn)省內(nèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的區(qū)域發(fā)展具有很好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文試圖在國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展展開(kāi)研究,研究的內(nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:首先,對(duì)于本文的研究背景及意義進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的闡述,在搜集資料的基礎(chǔ)上分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究現(xiàn)狀和理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定;其次,通過(guò)整理數(shù)據(jù)和區(qū)位商的測(cè)算對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析,從中得出安徽省在發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群過(guò)程中所存在的一系列問(wèn)題;然后,選取安徽省寧國(guó)市山核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行實(shí)際案例分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn);最后針對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As we all know, industrial clusters can promote the leap-forward development of regional economy by improving regional production efficiency and industrial competitiveness, and have been widely used in the world, and as one of the important models to promote regional economic development. Since ancient times, agriculture, as a mother's industry, is not only the source of food and clothing, but also the basis of survival. How to develop a good agriculture has also been the top priority of the economic development of various countries. Especially at a time of intense economic globalization and rapid population growth in the world, agriculture, especially the processing of agricultural products, must, like other industries, be confronted by relying on scientific and technological progress and industrial cluster development. As a big agricultural province in China, Anhui Province has the unique natural advantage of developing agricultural product processing industry cluster, and its development has a great impact on the operation of the whole economy of our country. Especially under the background of the construction of the new socialist countryside in our country, the development of agricultural industry is particularly important, and the "three rural areas" problem has always been the core problem in the agricultural development. As a connecting road between agriculture and industry, agricultural product processing industry is an important link to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Therefore, under this background, it is of great practical significance to study the overall development of agricultural product processing industry cluster in Anhui Province for solving the "three rural problems" in Anhui Province and promoting the regional development of agricultural product processing industry in Anhui Province. Based on the theoretical research of industrial clusters at home and abroad, this paper attempts to study the development of agricultural products processing industrial clusters in Anhui Province. The main contents of the research are as follows: first, The research background and significance of this paper are expounded. On the basis of collecting data, the research status and theoretical basis of agri-industrial agglomeration at home and abroad are analyzed, and the related concepts are defined. Through the analysis of data and location quotient, the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current situation of the cluster development of agricultural products processing industry in Anhui Province, and draws a series of problems in the process of developing the agricultural product processing industry cluster in Anhui Province. The development of pecan industry cluster and cocoon silk industry cluster in Ningguo City of Anhui Province are selected to analyze the actual cases, find out the problems and sum up the experience and lessons. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in the agricultural product processing industry cluster in Anhui province.
