【摘要】：在網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段和科技手段更加豐富的當(dāng)下,扶貧工作應(yīng)當(dāng)注意改善傳統(tǒng)的扶貧策略,利用大數(shù)據(jù)對貧困地區(qū)的特點進行精準分析,利用團塊化的貧困地區(qū)聯(lián)系,打造符合供給側(cè)改革的服務(wù)制造業(yè)集聚,通過"改輸血變造血"的方式,給貧困地區(qū)以整體性的規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:At a time when network means and scientific and technological means are more abundant, poverty alleviation work should pay attention to improving traditional poverty alleviation strategies, use big data to carry out accurate analysis of the characteristics of poor areas, and use agglomeration of poverty-stricken areas to link up. Build the service manufacturing industry agglomeration in line with the supply-side reform, through the way of "transforming blood transfusion into hematopoiesis", give the poor areas a holistic plan.
