【摘要】：隨著社會進步與科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)覆蓋已惠及全民,而將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型則是其發(fā)展必由之路。作為國民經(jīng)濟的基礎與命脈,農(nóng)業(yè)這一傳統(tǒng)的第一產(chǎn)業(yè)在新形勢下如何穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展,成為當前經(jīng)濟與社會工作的核心問題。然而,中國當前的農(nóng)業(yè)資源發(fā)展過程卻受到諸多因素限制,資源短缺、污染加重、開發(fā)過度、成本高等諸多問題日益凸顯。因此,傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的升級與轉(zhuǎn)型便成為當今農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展亟待解決的問題,如何提高農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的生產(chǎn)效率,轉(zhuǎn)換其發(fā)展模式,促進農(nóng)民增收等成為當今急需解決的社會問題。借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)先進的技術(shù)與資源,構(gòu)建“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)”這一新的模式,充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素配置中的優(yōu)化與集成作用,將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新理念與成果融入現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個環(huán)節(jié)之中,將在改變傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展困境與促進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)新的發(fā)展機遇中發(fā)揮重要的作用。本文以山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展為研究對象,借助Logistic回歸模型,運用理論分析與實踐驗證相結(jié)合的方式,探究了當前影響山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,提出了山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策。全文共分為六章:第一章為緒論,主要圍繞本輪的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,同時對本論文的主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和技術(shù)路線進行闡述;第二章闡釋了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的相關(guān)概念,分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢與發(fā)展的必然性,并對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的推廣弊端進行分析;第三,通過調(diào)查研究,闡述了當前山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并重點指出了其發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題;第四章,利用Logistic回歸模型對所有可能影響到山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的16個因素進行校核,結(jié)果顯示,調(diào)查中的十個因素包括農(nóng)民自身、基礎設施建設、政府引導、企業(yè)相關(guān)的扶持與技術(shù)支持等達到了顯著性水平;第五章,根據(jù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)在山東省的實際發(fā)展狀況,結(jié)合Logistic回歸結(jié)果分析,重點圍繞政府、企業(yè)和農(nóng)民自身三個大的方面,有針對性地提出了促進山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策;第六章為結(jié)論和工作展望部分。希望通過本論文的研究,促進山東省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)健康快速地發(fā)展,進一步地推動傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型,同時完善現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論框架。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, Internet coverage has benefited all people, and the only way to develop the Internet is to apply it to the transformation of traditional industries. As the foundation and lifeline of the national economy, agriculture, the traditional primary industry, has become the core problem in the current economic and social work. However, the current development of agricultural resources in China is restricted by many factors, such as shortage of resources, aggravation of pollution, over-exploitation, high cost and so on. Therefore, the upgrading and transformation of traditional agriculture has become an urgent problem to be solved. How to improve the production efficiency of agricultural economy, change its development mode and promote farmers' income has become an urgent social problem. With the help of the advanced technology and resources of the Internet, a new model of "Internet agriculture" is constructed to make full use of the role of the Internet in the optimization and integration of the allocation of agricultural production factors. It will play an important role in changing the predicament of traditional agriculture development and promoting the new development opportunity of modern agriculture by integrating the innovative ideas and achievements of Internet development into each link of modern agricultural production. This paper takes the development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province as the research object, with the aid of Logistic regression model, using the combination of theoretical analysis and practical verification, probes into the key factors that affect the development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province at present. This paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures of the development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province. The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly around this round of research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, at the same time, the main research content, research methods and technical route of this paper are expounded; The second chapter explains the related concepts of modern agriculture and the Internet, analyzes the advantages and inevitability of the development of Internet agriculture, and analyzes the disadvantages of traditional agriculture under the background of the Internet. This paper expounds the current situation of the development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province, and points out the problems in the course of its development. Chapter four, using the Logistic regression model, checks all the 16 factors that may affect the development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province. The results show that the ten factors in the survey, including farmers themselves, infrastructure construction, government guidance, enterprise related support and technical support, have reached a significant level. Chapter five, according to the actual development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province, Combined with the analysis of Logistic regression results, focusing on the government, enterprises and farmers themselves three major aspects, targeted to promote the development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province, the relevant countermeasures; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and work prospects. Through the research of this paper, we hope to promote the healthy and rapid development of Internet agriculture in Shandong Province, further promote the transformation of traditional agriculture, and improve the theoretical framework of the development of modern agriculture.
