【摘要】：契約治理和關(guān)系治理是農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的兩種重要治理機制�；谫Y產(chǎn)專用性、交易頻率和不確定性的交易成本分析框架,分析了農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社對核心社員和普通社員的治理邏輯以及治理機制的動態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展,合作社對核心社員的關(guān)系治理程度總體上會由高向低變化,對普通社員的關(guān)系治理程度的變化則相反;對核心社員和普通社員的契約治理程度都會呈現(xiàn)出增強趨勢;就合作社整體治理而言,契約治理成本會隨著合作社的規(guī)模擴大而不斷下降,關(guān)系治理成本則相反,因而關(guān)系治理最終會讓位于契約治理。
[Abstract]:Contract governance and relationship governance are two important governance mechanisms of farmers' professional cooperatives. Based on the transaction cost analysis framework of asset specificity, transaction frequency and uncertainty, this paper analyzes the governance logic and the dynamic transformation of governance mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives to core members and ordinary members. It is found that with the development of farmers' professional cooperatives, the degree of relationship governance of cooperatives to core members will change from high to low in general, and the degree of relationship governance to ordinary members will be reversed; The degree of contract governance for both core members and ordinary members will show an increasing trend; as far as the overall governance of cooperatives is concerned, the cost of contract governance will continue to decrease with the expansion of the scale of cooperatives, while the cost of relationship governance will be reversed. As a result, relationship governance will eventually give way to contractual governance.
