【摘要】：運用2004-2013年31個省級行政區(qū)農村環(huán)境相關數(shù)據(jù),構建農村環(huán)境質量評價體系,利用ESDA—GIS探究時空分異規(guī)律,再運用門檻回歸模型探討農村經濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境質量的門檻效應。結果表明,我國農村環(huán)境質量存在明顯時空分異特征:時間上,近10年來我國農村環(huán)境質量綜合評價指數(shù)由2004年的51.01上升至2013年的52.89,可見我國農村環(huán)境質量總體改善,且東部及南方部分經濟發(fā)達地區(qū)近年農村環(huán)境質量改善效果顯著;空間上,我國農村環(huán)境質量自東向西趨好,存在空間集聚性,北方農村環(huán)境質量普遍優(yōu)于南方。此外,我國農村環(huán)境質量與農村經濟發(fā)展存在門檻效應:農業(yè)發(fā)展水平對我國農村環(huán)境質量的影響呈先負向相關后正向相關的雙重門檻關系;工業(yè)發(fā)展水平負向影響農村經濟,跨過門檻值后,負向影響減小;農戶收入與農村環(huán)境質量呈先負向相關,跨過門檻值后正向相關的單門檻關系。從農業(yè)發(fā)展水平、工業(yè)發(fā)展水平和農戶收入3個方面來看,發(fā)展農村經濟對改善農村環(huán)境質量具有顯著的效果。因此,應著力圍繞"生產環(huán)境綠色高效、生活環(huán)境整潔舒適、生態(tài)環(huán)境山清水秀"目標,全方位多角度重點改善我國東部及南方地區(qū)農村環(huán)境質量,并大力發(fā)展農村經濟,從而全面改善農村環(huán)境質量。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant data of rural environment in 31 provincial administrative regions from 2004 to 2013, the evaluation system of rural environmental quality is constructed, and the temporal and spatial differentiation law is explored by using ESDA-GIS, and the threshold effect of rural economic development and environmental quality is discussed by using threshold regression model. The results show that there are obvious spatial and temporal differences in rural environmental quality in China. In the past 10 years, the comprehensive evaluation index of rural environmental quality in China has increased from 51.01 in 2004 to 52.89 in 2013. The overall improvement of rural environmental quality in China can be seen. The improvement of rural environmental quality in eastern and southern developed areas is remarkable in recent years. In space, the rural environmental quality of our country tends to be better from east to west, there is spatial agglomeration, and the rural environmental quality in north is generally superior to that in south. In addition, there exists threshold effect between rural environmental quality and rural economic development in China: the impact of agricultural development level on rural environmental quality is negative correlation and then positive correlation, and industrial development level negatively affects rural economy. After crossing the threshold, the negative effect was reduced, and the peasant household income was negatively correlated with the rural environmental quality first, and the single threshold relationship was positive after crossing the threshold. From three aspects of agricultural development level, industrial development level and peasant household income, the development of rural economy has remarkable effect on improving rural environmental quality. Therefore, we should focus on the goal of "green and efficient production environment, clean and comfortable living environment, beautiful ecological environment", focus on improving the rural environmental quality in the eastern and southern regions of China, and vigorously develop the rural economy.
