【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社自《農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社法》出臺(tái)后有了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,逐漸成為發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),增加農(nóng)民收入,提升土地利用效率的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。黨政機(jī)關(guān)、專家學(xué)者對(duì)此都高度重視,積極通過理論研究和親身實(shí)踐不斷促進(jìn)農(nóng)民合作社做大做強(qiáng)。雖然農(nóng)民合作社現(xiàn)已遍布國(guó)內(nèi)多地,但由于我國(guó)幅員遼闊,不同地區(qū)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、文化歷史、地理狀況等方面都存在很大差異,所以各地農(nóng)民合作社的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r也不盡相同。本文通過搜集國(guó)內(nèi)外合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展研究文獻(xiàn),了解國(guó)內(nèi)外合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要發(fā)展模式,借助實(shí)地調(diào)查等研究方法對(duì)赤峰地區(qū)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究。重點(diǎn)歸納出當(dāng)前赤峰地區(qū)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的四種發(fā)展模式,并將四種發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行比較分析,提出了比較適合赤峰地區(qū)、未來發(fā)展?jié)摿^大的農(nóng)牧民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展模式。同時(shí)對(duì)現(xiàn)有模式下赤峰地區(qū)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展過程中存在的普遍問題和不足進(jìn)行了歸納整理,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the Law on Farmers' specialized Cooperatives, China has made great progress and has gradually become an important measure to develop the rural economy, increase farmers' income and enhance the efficiency of land use. Experts and scholars attach great importance to this and actively promote the farmers' cooperatives to become bigger and stronger through theoretical research and personal practice. Although farmers' cooperatives are now spread over many places in China, due to the vast territory of our country, different regions are developing their economies. There are great differences in culture, history, geography and so on, so the development of farmers' cooperatives is different in different places. This paper collects the literature on the development of cooperative economic organizations at home and abroad. To understand the current situation and main development models of cooperative economic organizations at home and abroad, With the help of field investigation and other research methods, this paper studies the development model of cooperative economic organization in Chifeng area. The four development modes of cooperative economic organization in Chifeng area are summarized and compared. The development model of cooperative economic organization of farmers and herdsmen in Chifeng area is put forward, which is suitable for Chifeng area and has a great potential in the future. At the same time, the common problems and shortcomings in the development of cooperative economic organization in Chifeng area under the existing mode are summarized and sorted out. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
