【摘要】：農(nóng)民工是中國(guó)改革開放、向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變過程中出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)特殊社會(huì)群體,農(nóng)民工大多從事第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè),但是他們與土地、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)業(yè)又存在著不可分割的聯(lián)系。他們的歷史淵源、生活背景、工作條件等都使他們具有不同于一般工人階級(jí)的特殊性質(zhì),包括他們的生活方式、吃苦精神,他們與農(nóng)村和土地的密切聯(lián)系所決定的勞動(dòng)力價(jià)值及相應(yīng)的工資水平影響著整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的貨幣價(jià)值和收入分配。農(nóng)民工階層的特殊性使得中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的各種重大矛盾都集中地從他們身上體現(xiàn)出來,包括工農(nóng)、城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)、勞資等主要矛盾。因此,改善農(nóng)民工經(jīng)濟(jì)境地,提高農(nóng)民工收入水平是解決中國(guó)收入分配差距過大問題的關(guān)鍵,涉及中國(guó)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的全面調(diào)整。當(dāng)前的農(nóng)民工階層是中國(guó)勞
[Abstract]:Migrant workers are a special social group emerging in the process of China's reform and opening up to the market economy. Migrant workers are mostly engaged in the second and third industries, but they are associated with land and rural areas. Agriculture is inextricably linked. Their historical origins, living backgrounds, working conditions, etc., all make them different from the general working class in their special nature, including their way of life and their spirit of suffering. The labor value determined by their close relationship with rural areas and land and the corresponding wage level affect the monetary value and income distribution in the whole social economy.
