【摘要】：畜牧業(yè)與民生息息相關(guān),既要保障充足的肉蛋奶的市場(chǎng)供應(yīng),又要高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)要求把好畜產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全關(guān)。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)畜牧業(yè)得以快速成長(zhǎng),在促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收、提升農(nóng)業(yè)附加值、發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面,發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用。保障畜牧業(yè)健康有序地發(fā)展,可以加速建立糧食作物、經(jīng)濟(jì)作物、飼料糧草平分秋色的三元結(jié)構(gòu),拉長(zhǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,增進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化增值和農(nóng)民就業(yè)增收。提高畜牧業(yè)上規(guī)模的飼養(yǎng)比重、規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)檔次和規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)總量,可以全面發(fā)揮畜牧業(yè)的對(duì)比優(yōu)勢(shì),提高畜牧業(yè)綜合生產(chǎn)能力和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。工業(yè)化促進(jìn)城市的迅猛發(fā)展,伴隨市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng),市民對(duì)肉蛋奶需要量勐增,但原有的以土地為基礎(chǔ)飼養(yǎng)一定數(shù)量畜禽的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)制度已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足當(dāng)前消費(fèi)需要,因此,發(fā)展都市型高端特色現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。大力發(fā)展集約型、工業(yè)化,以產(chǎn)業(yè)化、特色化、高端化、生態(tài)化、品牌化、信息化“六化”為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè),成為全國(guó)畜牧業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。本文選擇東部沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,青島市為研究對(duì)象,按照青島市2011-2020年的城市總體規(guī)劃,青島將大力發(fā)展組團(tuán)式海灣型宜居幸福的現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際城市。通過(guò)探討研究國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)城市都市型高端特色現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展情況,借鑒國(guó)外都市型高端特色現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),找到青島市畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的突出問(wèn)題并提出解決措施。通過(guò)青島市2010年以來(lái)畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展“縱”的角度和當(dāng)前青島市各區(qū)市畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展“橫”的角度相交,是本文研究角度的創(chuàng)新之處。力爭(zhēng)以前人研究為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步研究都市型高端特色現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性,給青島市和類似情況市、縣級(jí)地方政府提供思路和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry is closely related to people's livelihood. It is necessary to ensure adequate market supply of meat, eggs and milk, as well as high standards and strict requirements to ensure the quality and safety of livestock products. Since the reform and opening up, animal husbandry in our country has been able to grow rapidly, promoting the increase of farmers' income. The promotion of agricultural added value and the development of the rural economy have played an irreplaceable role. Ensuring the healthy and orderly development of animal husbandry can accelerate the establishment of a three-way structure of grain crops, cash crops, and fodder crops. By lengthening the agricultural industrial chain, increasing the value added of agricultural transformation and increasing farmers' employment income, raising the proportion of livestock raising on a scale, the scale management level and the total amount of scale economy, we can give full play to the comparative advantages of animal husbandry. Improve the comprehensive production capacity and market competitiveness of animal husbandry. Industrialization promotes the rapid development of the city. With the promotion of the market economy, the demand for meat, eggs and milk is increased. However, the traditional production and supply system of raising a certain number of livestock and poultry on the basis of land has been far from satisfying the current consumption needs. Therefore, the development of modern animal husbandry with high-end urban characteristics has emerged as the times require. The modern animal husbandry, which takes industrialization, characteristic, high-end, ecology, brand and information "six" as the standard, has become the target of the national animal husbandry transformation and development. This paper chooses the eastern coastal economic center and Qingdao as the research object. According to the urban master plan of Qingdao from 2011 to 2020, Qingdao will vigorously develop a modern international city with a group type of gulf type of livable and happy life. Through the study of the development of modern animal husbandry with high-end characteristics in advanced cities in China, Drawing lessons from the development experience of modern animal husbandry with advanced characteristics of urban type in foreign countries, This paper finds out the outstanding problems existing in the development of animal husbandry in Qingdao and puts forward some measures to solve them. Through the angle of "vertical" development of animal husbandry in Qingdao since 2010, the angle of "horizontal" development of animal husbandry in various districts of Qingdao city is intersected with the angle of "horizontal" development of animal husbandry in various districts of Qingdao. It is the innovation of the research angle in this paper. Based on the previous research, the importance of the development of modern animal husbandry with urban high-end characteristics is further studied, which can provide ideas and lessons for Qingdao and similar cities and county-level local governments.
