【摘要】：農(nóng)村綜合改革是助推精準(zhǔn)扶貧的主要引擎和抓手,如何做好它們的有機(jī)銜接,建立健全發(fā)展新機(jī)制仍是需要研究的新課題。文章在總結(jié)皖西北地區(qū)精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了面臨的主要問(wèn)題。最后,文章以界首市劉寨村為例,提出相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Rural comprehensive reform is the main engine and hand in promoting precision poverty alleviation. How to link them organically and establish a new mechanism for development is still a new topic to be studied. This paper summarizes the current situation of precision poverty alleviation in Northwest Anhui Province. Finally, taking the village of Liuzhai in Jiesou City as an example, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
