【摘要】：“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題是我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的難題,是現(xiàn)階段黨和國(guó)家工作的重中之重,而“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的核心是農(nóng)民問(wèn)題,農(nóng)民問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵是農(nóng)民的增收問(wèn)題。增加農(nóng)民收入,縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,不僅關(guān)系著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的良性發(fā)展,而且關(guān)系到我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化、全面建成小康社會(huì)和新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。新型城鎮(zhèn)化是增加農(nóng)民收入,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的根本路徑。本文以新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)為切入點(diǎn),以福建省德化縣為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、定量分析法、定性分析法、實(shí)證分析法等研究方法,圍繞城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與農(nóng)民增收協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。研究認(rèn)為,德化縣城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程發(fā)展較快,城鎮(zhèn)化水平較高,但農(nóng)民收入水平較低,城鄉(xiāng)差距較大；德化縣農(nóng)民增收與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)相互影響、相互促進(jìn)；制約德化縣農(nóng)民增收與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的主要因素有財(cái)政投資不平衡、城鄉(xiāng)二元體制、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、城鄉(xiāng)物流不健全等。筆者認(rèn)為,應(yīng)通過(guò)農(nóng)民、政府和社會(huì)的共同努力,一起參與到新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中,以推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展和農(nóng)民收入水平的提高。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is a difficult problem in the social development of our country, and it is the most important task of the Party and the state at the present stage. The core of the problem of "three rural areas" is the problem of peasants, the key of which is the problem of increasing peasants' income and increasing their income. Narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas is not only related to the benign economic and social development of our country, but also to the socialist modernization of our country. Whether or not the strategic goal of building a well-off society and a new type of urbanization can be realized smoothly. The new type of urbanization is the fundamental way to increase farmers' income and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. Taking Dehua County of Fujian Province as the object of study, the research methods are literature method, questionnaire method, quantitative analysis method, qualitative analysis method, empirical analysis method and so on, which focus on the coordinated development of urbanization construction and farmers' income increase. The process of urbanization in Dehua County is developing faster and the level of urbanization is higher, but the income level of farmers is low, and the gap between urban and rural areas is large, and the increase of farmers' income and the construction of urbanization in Dehua County affect each other and promote each other. The main factors that restrict the harmonious development of peasants' income increase and urbanization construction in Dehua County are the imbalance of financial investment, the dual system of urban and rural areas, the unreasonable industrial structure, the unsound logistics of urban and rural areas, etc. The government and society work together to participate in the construction of new urbanization and new countryside in order to promote the development of new urbanization and the improvement of farmers' income level.
