【摘要】：本文首先從政府、企業(yè)、農(nóng)戶3個視角下對農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的研究進行梳理,歸納出不同視角下的不同的研究側重點。進而對農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)行為方面研究進行分析,以此為基礎對農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)績效方面研究進行歸納總結,最終提出應結合不同地區(qū)特征、不同產(chǎn)業(yè)特征,從農(nóng)戶視角對農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)進行系統(tǒng)分析,讓農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)不僅在更好地追求自身良好發(fā)展的同時,更好帶動"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper firstly combs the research of agricultural leading enterprises from the perspectives of government, enterprise and peasant household, and sums up different research emphases under different perspectives, and then analyzes the behavioral aspects of agricultural leading enterprises. On this basis, the research on the performance of agricultural leading enterprises is summarized, and finally, it is proposed that the agricultural leading enterprises should be systematically analyzed from the perspective of farmers, combining with the characteristics of different regions and different industries. Agricultural leading enterprises not only better pursue their own good development, but also better promote the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
