基于熱量值角度分析中國(guó)食物供給與需求

【摘要】:從供給需求的視角分析了人均每日所需熱量值,并對(duì)每人每日平均所需的糧食、畜產(chǎn)品、水產(chǎn)品、油脂類(lèi)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行熱量值的換算,由于蔬菜和水果的熱量較低,所以主要計(jì)算為人體提供的熱量。結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)現(xiàn)今人口需要的熱量正在從依靠口糧提供為主的結(jié)構(gòu)向口糧、畜產(chǎn)品、蛋類(lèi)、奶類(lèi)產(chǎn)品共同提供的結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)渡。經(jīng)計(jì)算,我國(guó)現(xiàn)今食物自給率為80%,依賴(lài)進(jìn)口為20%,近10年間,我國(guó)生產(chǎn)總熱量增長(zhǎng)率為24.57%,凈進(jìn)口增長(zhǎng)率為74.12%。并對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The daily caloric value per person is analyzed from the point of view of supply and demand, and the conversion of the caloric value of grain, animal products, aquatic products and oil products per person per day is carried out, because the calories of vegetables and fruits are lower. So the heat supply for the human body is mainly calculated. The results show that the heat needs of our country's present population are transitioning from the structure of relying on rations to the structure provided by rations, livestock products, eggs, and dairy products. The food self-sufficiency rate of our country is 80 at present, and the dependence on import is 20. In the last ten years, the total heat growth rate of our production is 24.57 and the net import growth rate is 74.12.The corresponding suggestions are put forward for the problems.
