【摘要】：探討農(nóng)地經(jīng)營規(guī)模對不同形式農(nóng)民農(nóng)業(yè)收入的影響,為東北地區(qū)農(nóng)地適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營及農(nóng)地流轉配套政策的制定提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。通過構建農(nóng)民農(nóng)業(yè)收入的C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,剖析農(nóng)地經(jīng)營規(guī)模對東北地區(qū)農(nóng)民農(nóng)業(yè)收入的影響。結果顯示:勞均農(nóng)地經(jīng)營規(guī)模對農(nóng)業(yè)純收入和勞均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入具有顯著的正向影響,而對地均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入具有顯著的負向影響;勞動力數(shù)量對東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村居民家庭農(nóng)業(yè)純收入具有顯著的正向影響,而對地均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入和勞均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入影響不顯著;地均農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)支出對農(nóng)業(yè)純收入、地均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入及勞均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入均具有顯著的正向影響;地域(遼寧省)和年份變量對農(nóng)業(yè)純收入、地均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入及勞均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入均具有顯著的負向影響。研究表明,東北地區(qū)農(nóng)地經(jīng)營規(guī)模擴大有效增加了農(nóng)村居民家庭農(nóng)業(yè)純收入和勞均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入,然而未能有效提高地均農(nóng)業(yè)純收入。未來東北地區(qū)農(nóng)地制度改革及相關政策調整,應重點解決如何提高農(nóng)地利用的地均收益的問題。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the influence of agricultural land management scale on different forms of farmers' agricultural income, and provides a realistic basis for the establishment of appropriate scale management of agricultural land and the policy of agricultural land circulation in Northeast China. The C-D production function model of farmers' agricultural income is constructed. This paper analyzes the effect of farmland management scale on farmers' agricultural income in Northeast China. The results show that the scale of agricultural land management has a significant positive impact on the net agricultural income and the net agricultural income. But it has a significant negative effect on the net agricultural income of the local average, the quantity of labor force has a significant positive effect on the net income of rural households in Northeast China, but it has no significant effect on the net agricultural income of the local average and the average agricultural income of the labors. The expenditure of local average agricultural production has a significant positive effect on the net income of agriculture, the net income of land average agriculture and the net agricultural income of labors, the region (Liaoning Province) and the year variable have significant positive influence on the net agricultural income. The results show that the expansion of farmland management scale in Northeast China can effectively increase the net agricultural income of rural households and the average agricultural income. However, the net income of land use can not be raised effectively. In the future, the reform of agricultural land system and related policy adjustment in Northeast China should focus on how to improve the average income of land use.
