【摘要】：在農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)高潮的背景下,農(nóng)田水利建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了一次加速推進(jìn)、發(fā)展的過(guò)程。通過(guò)1955年冬、1956年春的農(nóng)田水利興修,僅用不到一年的時(shí)間就完成了"一五"計(jì)劃五年的指標(biāo)。在農(nóng)田水利興修的組織和發(fā)動(dòng)中,貫徹群眾路線是興修運(yùn)動(dòng)得以大規(guī)模開(kāi)展的重要手段和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。國(guó)家工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略的牽引和農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的推動(dòng)則是這場(chǎng)農(nóng)田水利興修高潮出現(xiàn)的深層次原因。從浙江的情況分析,1955年冬、1956年春的農(nóng)田水利興修高潮與標(biāo)志著"大躍進(jìn)"開(kāi)端的1957年冬、1958年春的全國(guó)性農(nóng)田水利建設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)有著極為緊密的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the climax of the agricultural cooperative movement, the construction of farmland and water conservancy went through a process of acceleration and development. Through the construction of farmland water conservancy in the winter of 1955 and spring of 1956, It took less than a year to complete the five-year target of the first Five-Year Plan. Carrying out the mass line is an important means and way to carry out the construction and repair movement on a large scale. The traction of the national industrialization strategy and the promotion of the agricultural cooperative movement are the deep-seated causes of this upsurge in the construction of irrigation and water conservancy. From the situation analysis of Zhejiang province, the upsurge of irrigation and water conservancy construction in the winter of 1955 and spring in 1956 is closely related to the nationwide irrigation and water conservancy construction movement, which marks the beginning of the "great leap forward" in 1957 and the spring of 1957
