【摘要】：作為我國農(nóng)業(yè)大省的山東省其支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)在山東經(jīng)濟(jì)中有著很重要的位置,因此,農(nóng)業(yè)的快速、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展就成了山東省發(fā)展的重要目標(biāo)。農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要因素之一是農(nóng)業(yè)投資,是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的持續(xù)動(dòng)力。和全國的情況一樣,農(nóng)業(yè)資金的投入情況對(duì)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展有很大的制約作用。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,山東省農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)也在加快,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的平均規(guī)模在不斷的擴(kuò)大、投資力度也在增強(qiáng),對(duì)資金投入的需求也隨之提高。但是,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)具有很大的脆弱性,受自然條件的約束比較大,其自身積累能力又有限,部分地區(qū)、部分行業(yè)甚至只能維持簡單再生產(chǎn),因此,要實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,必須依靠外部的投資支持。山東農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值占經(jīng)濟(jì)總值的比例較大,山東農(nóng)業(yè)的投資卻存在著一些體制上的問題,如農(nóng)業(yè)投入不足,投資渠道狹窄,農(nóng)業(yè)投資的各種方法都還不健全等,所以,在完善山東農(nóng)業(yè)投資時(shí)應(yīng)提出新的解決方法,使農(nóng)業(yè)投資能夠滿足農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,對(duì)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展提供很好的保障。本文首先分析了山東省農(nóng)業(yè)投資現(xiàn)在的狀況,進(jìn)而分析山東農(nóng)業(yè)投資存在的問題及不足并提出一些建議,從而為全省農(nóng)業(yè)投資環(huán)境的建設(shè)提供一定的參考意見。具體研究內(nèi)容分為以下六個(gè)方面:本文首先對(duì)投資的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了介紹,分別的說介紹了投資、農(nóng)業(yè)投資及特點(diǎn)等。第二是對(duì)山東農(nóng)業(yè)及農(nóng)業(yè)投資的目前的狀況進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析,具體分析了財(cái)政支農(nóng)資金、農(nóng)村集體及農(nóng)戶個(gè)體投資、農(nóng)村信貸支農(nóng)資金、外商直接投資等五個(gè)方面,并利用實(shí)證研究對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)投資各投資主體對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行分析,通過單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)以及Granger因果檢驗(yàn)來研究農(nóng)民自有資金、集體資金投資、政府財(cái)政支出、金融機(jī)構(gòu)貸款和外商投資對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響程度,利用實(shí)證研究得出的結(jié)論是,山東省農(nóng)業(yè)投資各主體與山東省的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展有長期的均衡關(guān)系,但是不同的投資主體對(duì)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響程度還有一定的不同,金融機(jī)構(gòu)貸款對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響較大,而且比較顯著,其他投資主體對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響較小;相反農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展卻能促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)投資不同主體的發(fā)展。第三對(duì)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)投資的相應(yīng)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析之后,找出了山東省農(nóng)業(yè)投資存在了一些問題與不足,如農(nóng)業(yè)投資力度較小,缺乏主體,農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)不健全,農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資規(guī)模小等。第四,本文介紹了國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)投資現(xiàn)狀,通過分析國內(nèi)外的農(nóng)業(yè)投資現(xiàn)狀,得到一定的投資經(jīng)驗(yàn),為完善山東農(nóng)業(yè)投資問題提出借鑒作用,進(jìn)而為山東省農(nóng)業(yè)更好的發(fā)展提供好的保障。最后,根據(jù)上述分析,提出自己的對(duì)策建議,提出研究結(jié)論與研究展望
[Abstract]:As a major agricultural province of our country Shandong Province, the pillar industry in Shandong's economy has a very important position, therefore, the rapid and stable development of agriculture, has become an important goal of the development of Shandong province. One of the important factors of agricultural production is the agricultural investment, is the sustained power of agricultural development and the situation of the country. That is greatly limited input of agricultural funds on agriculture in Shandong province. With the rapid development of China's economic development, the development trend of Shandong province agriculture industrialization is speeding up, the average scale of agricultural production and the expansion of investment also increased, also increased the investment demand but., agricultural production has great vulnerability, under natural conditions is relatively large, its accumulation ability is limited, in some areas, even some industries can only maintain simple reproduction, therefore, to realize the agricultural production Industrial development must rely on external investment support. Shandong agricultural GDP accounted for a larger proportion of the total economy, Shandong agricultural investment has some system problems, such as inadequate investment in agriculture, investment channels, various methods of agricultural investment are not perfect and so on, so, in Shandong the investment in agriculture should be perfect proposes the new solution, the agricultural investment can meet the requirement of the agricultural development of Shandong Province, the industrialization of agriculture, provide good protection standardization development. This paper first analyzes the status of current Shandong Province agricultural investment, and then analyzes the problems and shortcomings of agricultural investment in Shandong and puts forward some suggestions, so as to provide certain the reference for the construction of the province's agricultural investment environment. The specific research contents are divided into the following six aspects: firstly, the related concepts of investment are introduced, respectively, said the The investment, agricultural investment and characteristics. The second is the corresponding analysis to Shandong agriculture and agricultural investment in the current situation, analyzes the financial funds for agriculture, rural collective and farmer individual investment, rural credit funds, the five aspects of foreign direct investment, and analyzed the impact of the use of empirical research on agricultural investment the investment subject of agricultural development, through the unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to study the farmers' own funds, collective investment funds, government expenditure, loans of financial institutions and foreign investment impact on agriculture development, the empirical study concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of agriculture in Shandong Province the main body and the agricultural investment in Shandong Province, but the degree of influence of different investment entities of agricultural development in Shandong province has a different financial institutions loans to farmers Influence of industry development is larger, and more significant, other investors had little effect on the development of agriculture; development in agricultural development can promote agricultural investment in different subjects. After analyzing third investment in agriculture in Shandong province corresponding to the actual situation, find out the Shandong province agriculture investment has some problems and shortcomings, such as investment in agriculture the intensity is small, the lack of the subject, the rural financial institutions are not perfect, such as small scale of foreign capital utilization in agriculture. Fourth, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign agricultural investment situation, through the analysis of domestic and foreign investment situation of agriculture, have some investment experience, put forward to perfect reference problem of agricultural investment in Shandong, and provide good protection for the development of Shandong province agriculture better.
