【摘要】：農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織由一定數(shù)目的農(nóng)戶自愿組織起來(lái),以某種產(chǎn)業(yè)或者產(chǎn)品為紐帶,以共同完成特定目的為目標(biāo)的組織。它是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)�；a(chǎn)、進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)要素整合的產(chǎn)物,是提高農(nóng)民市場(chǎng)地位,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效組織形式。由于其在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中起到了關(guān)鍵性作用,受到了各國(guó)大力支持。然而隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織面臨著新的外部環(huán)境、制度的制約以及內(nèi)部固有的缺陷使得其在發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題逐漸凸顯。一方面,農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織在外部缺乏一個(gè)良好的制度環(huán)境;另一方面,農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)不完善。由這兩個(gè)方面引發(fā)了農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織的合作穩(wěn)定性差、功能發(fā)揮有限、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題[1]。因此,要解決農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織出現(xiàn)的上述問(wèn)題,需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行更加深入、透徹的研究�；谧越M織理論的視角,本文采用了理論研究、定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的實(shí)證研究方法,對(duì)農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織的演化過(guò)程進(jìn)行了深入地分析。論文在概述我國(guó)發(fā)展農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織存在不足的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織的含義和基本屬性,闡述了農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織的系統(tǒng)性以及自組織性特征,還對(duì)其系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了分析。此外,深入研究了農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織各子系統(tǒng)間的相互作用機(jī)理以及外部因素對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的影響,并運(yùn)用自組織的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型闡釋在其演變過(guò)程中各子系統(tǒng)間的合作、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。然后,建立哈肯模型并用統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,揭示了我國(guó)農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作組織目前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在問(wèn)題。最后,根據(jù)其發(fā)展中的不足提出相應(yīng)的建議和措施。
[Abstract]:Farmers' professional cooperative organizations are organized voluntarily by a certain number of peasant households, with a certain industry or product as a link, and organizations with the goal of jointly accomplishing specific purposes. It is the product of realizing large-scale agricultural production and integrating production elements. It is an effective form of organization to improve farmers' market position and enhance their market competitiveness. Because it plays a key role in agricultural production, it has been strongly supported by all countries. However, with the development and progress of social economy, The market competition of agricultural products is becoming more and more intense, the farmer specialized cooperative organization is facing the new external environment, the restriction of the system and the inherent defects of the inside make its problems in the development gradually prominent. On the one hand, The farmers' professional cooperative organization lacks a good institutional environment outside, on the other hand, the internal organization structure of the farmer's professional cooperative organization is not perfect. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems of farmers' professional cooperative organizations, it is necessary to carry out more in-depth and thorough research on them, based on the perspective of self-organization theory. This paper adopts the empirical research method which combines theoretical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes the evolution process of farmer's professional cooperative organization deeply. On the basis of summarizing the deficiency of developing farmer's professional cooperative organization in our country, the paper combines the meaning and basic attribute of farmer's professional cooperative organization. This paper expounds the systematic and self-organizing characteristics of farmer's professional cooperative organization, and analyzes its system structure. This paper deeply studies the interaction mechanism among the subsystems of the farmer's professional cooperative organization and the influence of external factors on the whole system, and explains the cooperation and competition among the subsystems in the evolution process by using the self-organizing dynamics model. This paper establishes Hacken model and carries on the empirical analysis with statistical data, reveals the present development situation and existing problems of the farmer specialized cooperative organization in China. Finally, according to the deficiency of its development, puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.
