【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代科技的不斷發(fā)展,洛陽市畜牧業(yè)產業(yè)的總體發(fā)展水平不斷提升。畜牧業(yè)產量產值不斷增長,綜合生產能力和水平不斷提高,畜牧業(yè)生產結構不斷優(yōu)化,現(xiàn)代信息化科技逐步深入。畜牧人員綜合素質逐漸提高,逐步進行信息化管理,畜禽飼養(yǎng)由分散向適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營發(fā)展,集約化程度不斷提升,此外,畜牧業(yè)的生產能力和加工能力得到了很大提高,且畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的組織化水平也越來越高,畜產品市場不斷擴大,競爭力顯著增強等。同時,洛陽市畜牧業(yè)的信息化建設和管理水平也得到了逐步提升,取得了一系列成效,信息化發(fā)展觀念不斷增強,從業(yè)人員專業(yè)能力不斷提高,信息化程度不斷加強,推動了畜牧業(yè)全面的發(fā)展和生產方式轉變以及專業(yè)技術提升。畜牧業(yè)信息的發(fā)展越來越系統(tǒng)化,開始逐漸進入應用。畜牧業(yè)信息化推動了生產經(jīng)營結構優(yōu)化和質量穩(wěn)定。信息化程度不斷加強,提高了畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平等,但是洛陽市的畜牧業(yè)信息化在發(fā)展和建設過程中存在很多問題,專業(yè)技術人才匱乏,畜牧從業(yè)人員信息化科技素質偏低,信息化意識及利用能力不強,畜牧業(yè)產業(yè)化程度較低,難以形成正常信息流。畜牧業(yè)基礎數(shù)據(jù)庫尚未建立,信息單一分散,政府部門對畜牧業(yè)信息化重視不夠,投入不足等,因此要切實促進洛陽市畜牧業(yè)的信息化建設與管理,并提高其信息化程度,進而利用信息化推動畜牧業(yè)整個產業(yè)的發(fā)展,提升其競爭水平。

Modern information science and technology gradually deepened. The comprehensive quality of livestock personnel gradually improved, gradually information management, livestock and poultry from decentralized to moderate scale management development, the degree of intensification is constantly improving, in addition, The production capacity and processing capacity of animal husbandry have been greatly improved, and the level of organization of animal husbandry development has become higher and higher, the market of livestock products has been constantly expanding, and the competitiveness of livestock products has been significantly enhanced. At the same time, The level of informatization construction and management of animal husbandry in Luoyang City has also been gradually upgraded, and a series of achievements have been made. The concept of informatization development has been continuously enhanced, the professional ability of practitioners has been continuously improved, and the level of informatization has been continuously strengthened. It has promoted the overall development of animal husbandry and the transformation of production methods as well as the upgrading of professional technology. The development of animal husbandry information has become more and more systematic. The informatization of animal husbandry has promoted the optimization of production and management structure and the stability of quality. The degree of informatization has been continuously strengthened, and the management level of animal husbandry has been improved. However, there are many problems in the process of development and construction of animal husbandry informatization in Luoyang, such as the lack of professional and technical personnel, the low quality of information technology of livestock husbandry practitioners, the weak information consciousness and utilization ability, and the low degree of industrialization of animal husbandry. It is difficult to form a normal information flow. The basic database of animal husbandry has not yet been established, the information is single and dispersed, the government departments pay less attention to the informatization of animal husbandry, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the informatization construction and management of animal husbandry in Luoyang City. And improve the degree of informatization, and then use the informatization to promote the development of the whole industry of animal husbandry, improve its competitive level.
