【摘要】:城市配送作為城市重要的活動(dòng)之一,其模式影響著其對(duì)城市的壓力,如對(duì)其生態(tài)環(huán)境、交通、能源消耗等方面的壓力。蔬菜作為人們的必需品,其配送具有安全要求高、時(shí)效性強(qiáng)、成本高的特點(diǎn)。XFD農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“XFD”)作為北京市的菜籃子、果盤子,其配送運(yùn)作為同類市場(chǎng)的配送活動(dòng)起到了引領(lǐng)作用。然而,其配送存在著較大問題,如:配送滿載率不高、配送引發(fā)交通問題、配送引發(fā)環(huán)境問題、配送收益低、配送資源有待整合等。 共同配送作為一種配送資源整合的有效方式,其價(jià)值逐步得到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的認(rèn)同,然而,現(xiàn)階段針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)蔬菜共同配送應(yīng)用方面的研究較為匱乏。 本文結(jié)合調(diào)研實(shí)際,基于共同配送理論與Petri網(wǎng)理論,提出構(gòu)建XFD蔬菜共同配送聯(lián)盟的設(shè)想。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述,對(duì)研究現(xiàn)狀有了一個(gè)很好的了解,盡量避免在研究中出現(xiàn)研究同質(zhì)化問題。本文的主體是提出一個(gè)完整的XFD蔬菜共同配送實(shí)施方案。本文研究的配送是指蔬菜從XFD向北京市各區(qū)域消費(fèi)末端的配送。 本文的重點(diǎn)是共同配送業(yè)務(wù)流程的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化研究,基于Petri網(wǎng)理論,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)好的流程進(jìn)行Petri網(wǎng)建模、動(dòng)態(tài)性質(zhì)分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程模型分解與性能分析,從結(jié)構(gòu)和性能兩個(gè)角度對(duì)其業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 在本文的最后一章,建立了配送活動(dòng)的環(huán)境與成本指標(biāo),基于北京各區(qū)域的人口分布計(jì)算出北京市十區(qū)的重心,采用SPSS軟件回歸預(yù)測(cè)出XFD以傳統(tǒng)方式配送至北京市十區(qū)蔬菜的比例,經(jīng)過靜態(tài)比較分析了XFD實(shí)施蔬菜共同配送后的環(huán)境與成本效益。結(jié)論指出實(shí)施XFD蔬菜共同配送可以較顯著減少溫室氣體和有害氣體的排放,減少化石能源的消耗,減少配送車輛對(duì)于市區(qū)道路的占用,每年可帶來5420萬元人民幣的成本節(jié)約,提高配送效率。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important activities in a city, urban distribution mode affects its pressure on the city, such as its ecological environment, transportation, energy consumption and so on. As a necessity of people, the distribution of vegetables has high safety requirements. XFD Agricultural products Wholesale Market (hereinafter referred to as "XFD") is the basket and fruit plate of Beijing, and its distribution operation has played a leading role in the distribution activities of similar markets. However, there are some problems in its distribution. For example: the distribution full load rate is not high, the distribution causes the transportation problem, the distribution causes the environment problem, the distribution income is low, the distribution resources need to be integrated. As an effective way to integrate distribution resources, the value of joint distribution has gradually been recognized by scholars at home and abroad. However, the research on the application of joint distribution of vegetables in wholesale market of agricultural products is relatively scarce at this stage. Based on the theory of joint distribution and the theory of Petri net, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing a joint distribution alliance of XFD vegetables. Through literature review, it has a good understanding of the current situation of the research. The main body of this paper is to put forward a complete implementation scheme of XFD vegetable joint distribution. The distribution in this paper refers to the distribution of vegetables from XFD to the end of regional consumption in Beijing. This paper focuses on the design and optimization of common distribution business process. Based on the theory of Petri net, the design process is modeled by Petri net, dynamic property analysis, business process model decomposition and performance analysis. Its business process is optimized from two aspects of structure and performance. In the last chapter of this paper, the environment and cost index of distribution activities are established, and the center of gravity of Beijing 10 districts is calculated based on the population distribution of each region in Beijing. The proportion of vegetables delivered by XFD to the 10 districts of Beijing was predicted by SPSS software regression. Through static comparison and analysis of the environment and cost benefit of XFD, it is pointed out that the implementation of XFD vegetable co-distribution can significantly reduce greenhouse gas and harmful gas emissions, and reduce the consumption of fossil energy. Reducing the use of distribution vehicles for urban roads can bring 54.2 million yuan of cost savings per year and improve delivery efficiency.
