勞動力老齡化對竹林生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率的影響

【摘要】:利用浙江省安吉縣6個行政村101戶農(nóng)戶243塊竹林地塊的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用超越對數(shù)的隨機前沿生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,分析了勞動力老齡化對竹林生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率的影響。實證結(jié)果顯示:勞動力老齡化降低了竹林生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率。樣本地區(qū)竹林生產(chǎn)平均技術(shù)效率僅為66.68%,效率損失嚴重;隨機前沿生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的誤差主要來源于技術(shù)非效率,勞動力要素、土地要素及資本要素的產(chǎn)出彈性分別為0.249 2、0.358 9、0.252 8;在控制變量中,竹林收入比例、家庭勞動力規(guī)模及竹林地是否為租入地塊對竹林生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響;家庭經(jīng)營竹林地塊數(shù)對竹林生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率產(chǎn)生顯著負向影響。因此,提出提高竹林生產(chǎn)資本投入量及農(nóng)戶竹林生產(chǎn)收入水平、建立和完善林地流轉(zhuǎn)機制以便降低林地細碎化程度、加強農(nóng)村勞動力的人力資本投入等提高竹林生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 243 bamboo plots in 101 households in 6 administrative villages of Anji County, Zhejiang Province, a stochastic frontier production function model was adopted, which exceeded the logarithm. The effect of labor force aging on the technical efficiency of bamboo forest production was analyzed. The empirical results showed that the aging of labor force reduced the technical efficiency of bamboo forest production. The average technical efficiency of bamboo forest production in the sample area was only 66.68, and the efficiency loss was serious. The error of stochastic frontier production function mainly comes from technical inefficiency, labor factor, land factor and capital factor, the output elasticity is 0.249 2 / 0.358 9 / 0.252 8 respectively. The scale of family labor force and whether the bamboo forest land is leased has a significant positive effect on the technical efficiency of bamboo forest production, and the number of plots of bamboo forest land managed by the family has a significant negative effect on the technical efficiency of bamboo forest production. In order to reduce the degree of forest fragmentation, it is proposed to increase the amount of investment in bamboo production capital and the income level of bamboo production of farmers, and to establish and perfect the forest land circulation mechanism in order to reduce the degree of forest fragmentation. To strengthen the human capital input of rural labor force and improve the technical efficiency of bamboo forest production.
