【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革是解決農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展困境、加快實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要舉措。畜牧業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的重要組成部分,是農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域。本文首先闡述了畜牧業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的必要性以及緊迫性;從創(chuàng)新發(fā)展思路、轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)方式、優(yōu)化供給結(jié)構(gòu)和扶持種業(yè)發(fā)展等四個方面探究推動畜牧業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的路徑;提出了推動畜牧業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的六項政策建議。
[Abstract]:Agricultural supply-side structural reform is an important measure to solve the dilemma of agricultural development and accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization. Animal husbandry is an important part of modern agriculture. It is the key field of agricultural supply-side structural reform. Firstly, this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of supply-side structural reform of animal husbandry. This paper probes into the path of promoting the supply-side structural reform of animal husbandry from four aspects, such as optimizing the supply structure and supporting the development of seed industry, and puts forward six policy suggestions for promoting the supply-side structural reform of animal husbandry.
