【摘要】：正我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展一直得到黨和國家的高度重視,多年來農(nóng)民合作社在促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、農(nóng)村建設(shè)、農(nóng)民增收等發(fā)面都發(fā)揮著重要的作用,截至2012年上半年,全國依法注冊登記的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社達(dá)60.03萬家,實(shí)有入社農(nóng)戶超過4 800萬戶,農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為農(nóng)村地區(qū)的第四大市場主體,成為國家農(nóng)村體制改革的一大亮點(diǎn)[1]。新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)(簡稱新疆)昌吉回族自治州(簡稱昌
