【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟一體化程度日漸加深的今天,產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題越來越受到重視,尤其是糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)安全。當今世界的三大經(jīng)濟安全問題分別為糧食安全、能源安全以及金融安全,其中,糧食安全又被看作是一國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。在我國,糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題一直以來都被政府和學(xué)術(shù)界作為戰(zhàn)略性問題而予以了高度重視。我國是一個產(chǎn)糧大國,我國的糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題也是全世界關(guān)注的焦點。作為糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重要部分,大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中以及人們的日常生活中都占據(jù)著十分重要的地位,大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全與否將直接對我國的糧食安全產(chǎn)生重要的影響。保障大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全健康發(fā)展,對于保障我國的糧食安全具有重要的意義,本文的研究正是以此為基本出發(fā)點而進行的。我國是大豆的原產(chǎn)國,在大豆種植方面具有十分悠久的歷史。幾千年來,大豆一直都是中國人的膳食結(jié)構(gòu)中重要部分,在中華民族的延續(xù)與發(fā)展中起到了重要的作用。此外,大豆還是重要的油料作物,人們?nèi)粘Ｊ秤玫闹参镉椭杏泻艽笠徊糠质峭ㄟ^大豆榨取所得。因此,大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中所起的作用不容低估。由于是大豆原產(chǎn)國,我國也曾是世界上最大的大豆主產(chǎn)國和出口國,然而這種我國的這種生產(chǎn)與貿(mào)易地位從上世紀90年代開始逐漸產(chǎn)生了變化,并于1996年起徹底結(jié)束了大豆凈出口國的歷史。時至今日,我國以成為世界上最大的大豆進口國。截止到2013年,我國大豆的對外依存度已經(jīng)達到了83.8%的高危水平,我國不得不依靠從國外進口來滿足國內(nèi)的大豆需求。而在大豆加工業(yè)中,外資豆油加工企業(yè)利用自身在原料、成本以及價格等方面的優(yōu)勢,已基本壟斷了我國大豆的出油量。這些問題的存在不僅危害了我國豆農(nóng)的根本利益,還暴露出了我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈所存在的安全隱患�；谝陨蠁栴}的存在,本文利用因子分析法從大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的角度對我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全進行了綜合評價。具體來說,筆者首先對我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的種植——貿(mào)易——加工——消費四個環(huán)節(jié)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,進而依據(jù)指標選取的四項原則,在現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上選取了進行大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全綜合評價的評價指標,并進行了數(shù)據(jù)的收集。在一切準備工作就緒之后,筆者利用SPSS 19.0軟件,采用因子分析法對大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全進行了綜合評價,評價的結(jié)果顯示我國大豆的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全水平在加入WTO之后的近十幾年中整體處于惡化的趨勢中,并且安全得分的下降幅度較大,應(yīng)該引起充分的重視。最后,筆者在研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了促進我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全健康發(fā)展的對策建議。本文的研究意義體現(xiàn)在豐富了國內(nèi)對于大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全理論的研究,并且促進了我國大豆乃至糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康、安全發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文的創(chuàng)新點體現(xiàn)在從理論和實踐雙重角度出發(fā),通過對我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及最新的數(shù)據(jù)進行整理分析,得出影響我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的因素,并以此為依據(jù)構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)安全綜合評價的指標體系,同時因子分析的利用有效地避免了人為設(shè)定權(quán)重系數(shù)的主觀性,具有很強的科學(xué)性。本文的不足之處體現(xiàn)在由于數(shù)據(jù)獲取難度較大而產(chǎn)生的評價指標不夠全面。
[Abstract]:The degree of global economic integration deepening today, industrial security issues are getting more and more attention, especially the food industry. The three economic security problem in the world today are food security, energy security and financial security, the food security is also seen as the foundation of a national economy. In our country, the food industry the security problem has always been the government and academic circles as a strategic problem and attach great importance to. China is a major grain producing country, the focus of food industry safety in China is also the world's attention. As an important part of food industry, soybean industry occupies a very important position in China's economic development and people's daily life, the soybean industry safety will directly on the food safety of our country has important influence. To ensure the safety of the healthy development of the soybean industry, for Is of great significance to ensure food security in China, the research in this paper is used as the basic starting point of our country is the country of origin of soybean in the soybean planting has a very long history. For thousands of years, soybean has been an important part of the diet Chinese, in continuation and development the Chinese nation has played an important role. In addition, soybean is an important oil crop, the people's daily edible vegetable oil is a large portion of the soybean extract obtained. Therefore, the soybean industry in China's national economic development role should not be underestimated. Because soybean is the country of origin, China once the world's largest soybean production and export country, but the status of the production and trade of our country from the last century began in 90s have changed gradually, and in 1996 ended soybean net exporter History. Today, our country to become the world's largest soybean importer. By the end of 2013, China's dependence on foreign soybeans has reached a high level of 83.8%, China had to rely on imports from abroad to meet domestic demand for soybeans. In the soybean processing industry, foreign oil processing enterprises in the use of their own raw material cost and price advantages, has been basically monopolized the oil yield of soybean in China. These problems not only harm the fundamental interests of China's soybean farmers, also exposed the hidden dangers of China's soybean industry chain. The above problems are based on, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the China's soybean industry security from the perspective of industry chain of soybean by using factor analysis method. Specifically, the author of the soybean industry chain in China - planting - processing trade consumption four aspects of the current situation of the development of Are analyzed, and then on the basis of the four principles of index selection, evaluation indexes are selected to evaluate the safety of soybean industry based on the analysis of current situation, and the data collection. After all preparations were made, the author used SPSS 19 software, using the factor analysis method to the comprehensive evaluation of the safety of soybean industry evaluation of the industry, the safety level of soybean in China after joining the WTO in recent years in the overall trend of deterioration, and the safety score decreased greatly, should be paid attention to. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of China's soybean industry security on the basis of the research the significance of this research. In the theoretical research for the rich domestic soybean industry, and promote the soybean food industry in China and the health and safety development, has The important practical significance. The innovation in this paper starting from the perspective of theory and practice, and analyzed the development status of each part of the soybean industry chain in China and the latest data, the influencing factors of China's soybean industry security, and on the basis of index system of construction industry safety evaluation. At the same time, the use of factor analysis to effectively avoid artificially set the weight coefficient of subjectivity, with strong scientific. The deficiencies of this paper is reflected in the evaluation index due to data acquisition difficult is not comprehensive enough.
