【摘要】：長期以來,由于人們對捕撈量的過度追求,導(dǎo)致海域特定魚類種族的減少甚至消亡,造成漁業(yè)生物資源危機；同時養(yǎng)殖海域過量投入漁用飼料、魚類餌料,造成海域富營養(yǎng)化,影響水質(zhì),導(dǎo)致附近海域赤潮頻發(fā),造成漁業(yè)海域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化,生態(tài)功能減弱；加之人類工業(yè)化過程中廢水直接排入海洋、廢物傾倒入海等更加劇了海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的負擔(dān),導(dǎo)致海洋災(zāi)害頻發(fā),阻礙海洋漁業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,影響水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。因此,我們必須重視海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康的維護,對海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全進行測度,合理確定海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康狀況,采取有效措施,切實可行的解決環(huán)境危機問題。本文基于PSR模型對衡量海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的壓力指標、狀態(tài)指標、響應(yīng)指標進行分析,結(jié)合已有的研究成果,選取可行指標,構(gòu)建評價我國海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全的基本框架,并以廣東省為樣本,為今后有關(guān)研究提供理論依據(jù)及技術(shù)參考。本文一共分為7個部分。第1部分,緒論。介紹海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全評價的研究背景,并分析研究的理論意義和實踐意義,對國內(nèi)外與海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全評價的理論及方法進行梳理,明確本文總體思路、研究框架以及創(chuàng)新點。第2部分,相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ)。對生態(tài)安全、生態(tài)安全評價、海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)、海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全的概念進行解析,同時簡單介紹本文研究過程中依據(jù)的基本理論。第3部分,我國海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。重點研究了我國海洋漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展過程中,漁業(yè)海域水質(zhì)、水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等的現(xiàn)狀,并從海洋漁業(yè)人口擴增、資源銳減、水環(huán)境污染嚴重、環(huán)保技術(shù)支撐不足四個方面,分層次剖析其誘因。第4部分,海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全評價體系構(gòu)建。明確評價所依據(jù)的模型基礎(chǔ)一—-PSR模型,確定指標選取原則,構(gòu)建評價體系,并對評價過程中運用的基本統(tǒng)計分析方法進行簡要介紹。第5部分,以廣東省為例進行實證研究。采用主成分分析法對廣東省海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全壓力指數(shù)、狀態(tài)指數(shù)、響應(yīng)指數(shù)分別進行計算分析,采用層次分析法賦予海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全壓力指數(shù)、狀態(tài)指數(shù)、響應(yīng)指數(shù)以不同的權(quán)重值,通過加權(quán)平均計算出廣東省2006-2012年海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全綜合指數(shù),對實際情況進行驗證。第6部分,提出維護我國海洋漁業(yè)生態(tài)安全的對策。第7部分,結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to the excessive pursuit of fish catch, the specific species of fish in the sea area has been reduced or even died out, resulting in the crisis of fishery biological resources. At the same time, too much fish feed has been put into the aquaculture area, resulting in eutrophication of the sea area. Affecting water quality, causing frequent occurrence of red tide in nearby sea areas, resulting in the degradation of ecosystems and weakening of ecological functions in fishing areas; in addition, wastewater is discharged directly into the ocean during the process of human industrialization. The dumping of wastes into the sea has exacerbated the burden on marine fisheries ecosystems, led to frequent marine disasters, hindered the healthy development of marine fisheries and affected the quality of aquatic products. Therefore, we must attach importance to the health maintenance of marine fisheries ecosystems, This paper measures the ecological security of marine fishery, reasonably determines the health status of marine fishery ecosystem, and takes effective measures to solve the environmental crisis. Based on the PSR model, this paper measures the pressure index of marine fishery ecosystem. Based on the analysis of state index and response index and combining with the existing research results, this paper selects feasible indexes to construct the basic framework for evaluating the ecological security of marine fishery in China. This paper is divided into seven parts. Part 1, introduction, introduces the research background of marine fishery ecological safety assessment, and analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the study. This paper combs the theories and methods of ecological security assessment at home and abroad and marine fisheries, and clarifies the general idea, research framework and innovation points of this paper. Part 2, related concepts and theoretical basis. The concept of marine fishery ecosystem service and marine fishery ecological security is analyzed, and the basic theory based on in this paper is introduced briefly. Part 3, The present situation and influencing factors of marine fishery ecological security in China are studied in this paper. In the process of rapid development of marine fishery economy in China, the present situation of water quality and aquatic product quality in fishery area is studied, and the population of marine fishery expands and the resources decrease sharply. Serious pollution of water environment and insufficient technical support for environmental protection are analyzed in four aspects. Part 4, the construction of ecological safety evaluation system for marine fisheries. The PSR model is the basis of the evaluation, and the principle of index selection is determined. The evaluation system is constructed, and the basic statistical analysis methods used in the evaluation process are briefly introduced. Part 5, taking Guangdong Province as an example, makes an empirical study. The principal component analysis method is used to analyze the ecological safety pressure index of marine fishery in Guangdong Province. State index and response index are calculated and analyzed respectively. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to endow marine fishery ecological safety pressure index, state index and response index with different weights. The comprehensive index of marine fishery ecological security in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2012 was calculated by weighted average, and the actual situation was verified. In the sixth part, the countermeasures to maintain the ecological security of marine fishery in China were put forward. Part 7, conclusion and prospect.
