【摘要】：隨著“四化”的同步推進(jìn),創(chuàng)業(yè)已成為農(nóng)民生存與發(fā)展的有效途徑與必然選擇。基于農(nóng)村環(huán)境和農(nóng)民自身特征,以家庭為主體的家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè),是農(nóng)村地區(qū)農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)最主要的農(nóng)業(yè)組織形式。同時(shí),家庭農(nóng)場也是培育新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民最理想的載體,幫助解決“誰來種田”的問題,讓農(nóng)業(yè)“后繼有人”。在家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中,家庭農(nóng)場主作為農(nóng)場的所有者與經(jīng)營者,其創(chuàng)業(yè)能力對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)尤為重要。而家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效作為整個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)過程的最終歸屬,對(duì)農(nóng)場未來的生存與發(fā)展起決定作用。因此,探究家庭農(nóng)場主的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力對(duì)家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響作用,對(duì)于指導(dǎo)家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)行為和職業(yè)農(nóng)民培育具有非常重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�；诖�,本文構(gòu)建“創(chuàng)業(yè)能力——家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效”之間作用關(guān)系的概念模型,并引入創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,介入創(chuàng)業(yè)能力與家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的關(guān)系中,挖掘創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣以及家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效三者間的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制。首先,回顧了國內(nèi)外家庭農(nóng)場、職業(yè)農(nóng)民、創(chuàng)業(yè)以及農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)相關(guān)理論與研究成果。其次,結(jié)合我國農(nóng)場地區(qū)家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,基于社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)理論,構(gòu)建本文的研究模型。最后,以中部三省184位家庭農(nóng)場主的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),采用層級(jí)回歸模型,實(shí)證分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)能力對(duì)家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響以及創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明,創(chuàng)業(yè)能力中的經(jīng)營發(fā)展能力、資源獲取能力與家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效顯著正相關(guān),經(jīng)營發(fā)展能力、資源獲取能力越強(qiáng),家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效就越好;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力對(duì)家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響不顯著。創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣發(fā)揮示范效應(yīng),在經(jīng)營發(fā)展能力和資源獲取能力與家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的關(guān)系中起顯著正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。在高創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣的情況下,家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效水平更高。此外,本研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)女性、家庭農(nóng)場主文化程度越高、家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)年限越長,家庭農(nóng)場創(chuàng)業(yè)績效越好。基于以上實(shí)證結(jié)果,本文提出幾點(diǎn)政策啟示:家庭農(nóng)場主應(yīng)重視自身創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),當(dāng)?shù)卣畱?yīng)建立健全的家庭農(nóng)場主教育與培訓(xùn)體系,并且鼓勵(lì)家庭農(nóng)場主向創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:With the simultaneous promotion of the "four modernizations", entrepreneurship has become an effective way and an inevitable choice for farmers to survive and develop. It is the most important form of agricultural organization for farmers to start businesses in rural areas. At the same time, family farms are also the most ideal carrier for cultivating new types of professional farmers, helping to solve the problem of "who will farm the fields". Let the "successors" of agriculture. In the process of starting a family farm, the family farmer is the owner and operator of the farm, The entrepreneurial performance of the family farm, as the ultimate ownership of the whole process of entrepreneurial activity, plays a decisive role in the future survival and development of the farm. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influence of family farmer's entrepreneurial ability on family farm's entrepreneurial performance, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide family farm's entrepreneurial behavior and professional farmer's cultivation. In this paper, we construct a conceptual model of the relationship between entrepreneurial ability and family farm entrepreneurial performance, and introduce entrepreneurial role model as a regulating variable to intervene in the relationship between entrepreneurial ability and family farm entrepreneurial performance, so as to excavate entrepreneurial ability. First, review the domestic and foreign family farm, professional farmers, entrepreneurship and farmers entrepreneurship related theories and research results. Based on the social learning theory, the research model of this paper is constructed. Finally, based on the questionnaire survey data of 184 family farmers in three central provinces, the hierarchical regression model is adopted. Empirical analysis of the impact of entrepreneurial ability on family farm entrepreneurial performance and the role of entrepreneurial role models. The results show that entrepreneurial ability, resource acquisition ability and family farm entrepreneurial performance significantly positive correlation. The stronger the ability to acquire resources, the better the entrepreneurial performance of the family farm, the less significant the impact of risk-bearing ability on the entrepreneurial performance of the family farm. It plays a significant positive role in the relationship between business development ability and resource acquisition ability and family farm entrepreneurial performance. In the case of high entrepreneurship model, family farm entrepreneurship performance level is higher. In addition, this study also found that women, The higher the family farmer's education level, the longer the family farm's entrepreneurial years, and the better the family farm's entrepreneurial performance. Based on the above empirical results, this paper puts forward some policy implications: family farmers should pay attention to the cultivation of their own entrepreneurial ability. The local government should establish a sound education and training system for family farmers and encourage family farmers to follow the example of entrepreneurship.
