【摘要】：隨著天池自然保護(hù)區(qū)的建立以及保護(hù)行動(dòng)的深入,天池自然保護(hù)區(qū)周邊社區(qū)與保護(hù)區(qū)的矛盾沖突愈演愈烈。在尋求發(fā)展的目的下,社區(qū)的土地利用必然會(huì)對(duì)自然保護(hù)區(qū)及其周邊地區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境造成不良影響。 本文以“云南云龍?zhí)斐貒?guó)家級(jí)自然保護(hù)區(qū)保護(hù)策略研究”項(xiàng)目為支撐,主要采用了遙感與地理信息系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析方法,通過(guò)社區(qū)土地利用變化特征及其對(duì)保護(hù)的影響分析,識(shí)別自然保護(hù)區(qū)周邊社區(qū)土地利用變化的規(guī)律特征,分析社區(qū)土地利用變化對(duì)保護(hù)區(qū)自然保護(hù)的影響。 通過(guò)研究,本文得出以下兩點(diǎn)主要結(jié)論： (1)天池自然保護(hù)區(qū)周邊社區(qū)在2000年至2014年間的土地利用變化比較明顯。社區(qū)的建設(shè)用地大幅增加,草地和裸地面積增加,林地、耕地和水域面積減少。(2)天池自然保護(hù)區(qū)周邊社區(qū)的土地利用變化對(duì)保護(hù)影響較大,尤其是北片片區(qū)周邊社區(qū)。但社區(qū)土地利用變化的規(guī)律性特征使其對(duì)保護(hù)的潛在威脅呈現(xiàn)出較好的態(tài)勢(shì)。建設(shè)用地的大幅增加,林地的減少和裸地的增加,加大了社區(qū)土地利用給保護(hù)區(qū)及其周邊地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響。但是總的來(lái)說(shuō),距離保護(hù)區(qū)較近的區(qū)域,其土地利用的穩(wěn)定性相對(duì)較高,對(duì)保護(hù)的不良影響較小。 基于以上的研究結(jié)果,本文最后提出四點(diǎn)建議。第一,引導(dǎo)社區(qū)合理利用土地；第二,加強(qiáng)社區(qū)共管建設(shè),緩解社區(qū)與自然保護(hù)區(qū)之間的沖突,使自然保護(hù)區(qū)與社區(qū)形成良好的合作關(guān)系；第三,加強(qiáng)對(duì)社區(qū)合理利用土地和對(duì)自然保護(hù)的宣傳與教育；第四,加強(qiáng)對(duì)自然保護(hù)區(qū)北片周邊社區(qū)的扶持和引導(dǎo)力度,以及重點(diǎn)區(qū)域的監(jiān)測(cè)和管理。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of Tianchi Nature Reserve and the deepening of conservation actions, the conflict between the surrounding communities and the reserve has intensified. Community land use will inevitably have a negative impact on the ecological environment of nature reserves and their surrounding areas. Based on the project of "Research on Conservation Strategies of Yunlong Tianchi National Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province", this paper mainly adopts the analysis method of combining remote sensing with GIS, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of community land use change and its impact on conservation, the law of community land use change around nature reserve is identified, and the impact of community land use change on nature conservation in nature reserve is analyzed. Through the research, this paper draws the following two main conclusions:. The land use of the surrounding communities in Tianchi Nature Reserve between 2000 and 2014 is obvious. The construction land of the community has increased significantly, the grassland and bare land area has increased, and the forest land, Land use change in the surrounding communities of Tianchi Nature Reserve has a great impact on conservation. Especially in the surrounding communities of Beizhang area, but the regular characteristics of community land use change make the potential threat to protection show a good situation. The large increase of construction land, the decrease of forest land and the increase of bare land, The impact of community land use on the ecological environment of the protected areas and its surrounding areas was increased, but in general, the stability of land use was relatively high and the negative impact on protection was relatively small in the areas close to the protected areas. Based on the above research results, this paper finally puts forward four suggestions: first, to guide the community to use the land reasonably; second, to strengthen the community co-management construction, and to alleviate the conflict between the community and the nature reserve. To form a good cooperative relationship between the nature reserve and the community; third, to strengthen the propaganda and education on the rational use of the land and the conservation of nature in the community; and (4th) to strengthen the support and guidance to the communities around the north section of the nature reserve.
