【摘要】：山東省某市在制度整合的基礎(chǔ)上建立了居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度,保障能力進(jìn)一步提高,基金支出壓力進(jìn)一步增大。管控基金超支風(fēng)險(xiǎn),成為推進(jìn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的重中之重。文章從全面分析新農(nóng)合制度基金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的角度,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的表現(xiàn)形式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源和防治措施進(jìn)行了深入研究,對(duì)完善居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:A certain city in Shandong Province established the residents' basic medical insurance system on the basis of system integration, the security ability further improved, the fund expenditure pressure further increased, and the risk of fund overspending was managed. From the perspective of comprehensive analysis of the risks of the New Rural Cooperation system, the paper makes a deep study on the manifestations, sources and prevention measures of the risks. Put forward the policy suggestion to consummate the resident basic medical treatment insurance system.
