【摘要】：本文基于"斯密—楊格"定理中"勞動分工與市場范圍"的解釋,構(gòu)建"產(chǎn)權(quán)—交易—分工"的分析框架。運用威廉姆森分析范式分析農(nóng)地確權(quán)、交易裝置對農(nóng)業(yè)縱向分工"生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)外包"的決定機理及其影響因素。研究表明,農(nóng)地確權(quán)是生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)外包的關(guān)鍵因素,推進土地規(guī)模經(jīng)營來擴大市場范圍、實現(xiàn)服務(wù)規(guī)模經(jīng)營降低交易費用,促進農(nóng)業(yè)迂回生產(chǎn)與專業(yè)分工,由此農(nóng)業(yè)從規(guī)模經(jīng)濟向分工經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型。進一步討論技術(shù)密集型和勞動密集型生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)外包情況發(fā)現(xiàn)不同交易特性的決定機制存在差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the explanation of "division of labor and market scope" in Smith Young's Theorem, this paper constructs an analytical framework of "property right-transaction-division of labor" and uses Williamson analysis paradigm to analyze the right to confirm farmland. The determinant mechanism and influencing factors of agricultural vertical division of labor "outsourcing of production link" by trading device. The research shows that the right of farmland confirmation is the key factor of outsourcing of production link, and land scale management is promoted to expand the market scope. Realize the service scale management to reduce the transaction cost, promote the agricultural roundabout production and specialized division of labor. Therefore, agriculture is transforming from economy of scale to economy of division of labor. Further discussion is made on outsourcing of technology-intensive and labor-intensive production links, and it is found that there are differences in the decision mechanism of different transaction characteristics.
