【摘要】：文章借助歷史視角與比較方法,對四川藏區(qū)與彝區(qū)兩個精準脫貧"樣本"的生計變遷、人口增長、民俗支出、脫貧路徑等方面的調(diào)查分析表明,主動因時因地調(diào)整生計方式實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟收入的"開源",積極引導生育秩序、民俗支出等社會文化實踐,及時解決存在的問題,確保經(jīng)濟支出的"節(jié)流",是當前民族地區(qū)脫貧致富與可持續(xù)發(fā)展不可或缺的兩個層面。
[Abstract]:Based on the historical visual angle and comparative method , the author analyzes the livelihood change , population growth , folk expenditure and poverty reduction path of two kinds of precision destitution samples in the Tibetan and Yi districts of Sichuan Province . It shows that the " open source " of economic income is actively guided by means of adjusting the livelihood mode in a timely manner , the problems existing in time are actively guided , the " throttling " of economic expenditure is ensured , and it is an indispensable two dimension of poverty - rich and sustainable development in the current ethnic region .
