【摘要】：[目的]研究新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度對(duì)農(nóng)村居民健康的影響,為中國醫(yī)改的進(jìn)一步完善提供決策依據(jù)。[方法]基于中國健康和營養(yǎng)調(diào)查(CHNS)中2004年和2009年的農(nóng)村成人門診調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用倍差法和傾向得分匹配法相結(jié)合的方法,就新農(nóng)合的健康影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。[結(jié)果]老年人群和高收入人群參合者的自評(píng)健康分別下降了18.4%和11.4%,高收入人群參合者的患病率顯著提高了5.6%,中青年人群參合者的保健率顯著提高了1.8%。[結(jié)論]新農(nóng)合對(duì)參合者的健康水平和醫(yī)療服務(wù)利用率無顯著改善,其健康績效和農(nóng)民收入相關(guān)。建議加大對(duì)農(nóng)村弱勢(shì)群體的醫(yī)療保障,促進(jìn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)競爭等,切實(shí)提高農(nóng)民的收入水平,以提高新農(nóng)合的健康效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The effect of the new rural cooperative medical system to study on the health of rural residents, to further improve the China reform to provide basis for decision making method. China health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) based on the survey data in rural adult outpatients in 2004 and 2009, using the combined method of double difference method and propensity score matching method, effect the health effects of NCMS of self-rated health were decreased by 18.4% and 11.4%. The empirical test results of participating] elderly population and high income population the prevalence rate of high income people participating were significantly increased by 5.6%, young people participating the health rate significantly improved 1.8%.[Conclusion] the level of health and medical services for NCMS participation the utilization rate of no significant improvement in their performance, health and the income of the farmers. It is recommended to increase the rural vulnerable groups of medical insurance, medical institutions to promote competition, real. A high level of income of the farmers, in order to improve the health effects of NCMS.
