新冠肺炎疫情對(duì)旅游業(yè)的影響已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)非典,國(guó)內(nèi)旅游業(yè)恢復(fù)時(shí)間大體需要1年左右,國(guó)際旅游業(yè)的恢復(fù)時(shí)期還很難判斷,但一場(chǎng)危機(jī)阻擋不住旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的步伐。當(dāng)前很多觀點(diǎn)片面夸大了旅游業(yè)的損失,疫情后的"報(bào)復(fù)性增長(zhǎng)"也是偽概念。要重新認(rèn)識(shí)旅游業(yè)的脆弱性,反思當(dāng)前旅游統(tǒng)計(jì)問題及投資過(guò)重的方式,回到替代性發(fā)展、包容性發(fā)展的思路上,把如何促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)恢復(fù)活力的重點(diǎn),放在提供更好的公共管理服務(wù)水平上。
