【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法分析戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的管理方式、俱樂(lè)部資質(zhì)認(rèn)證、立法監(jiān)管、救援責(zé)任、保險(xiǎn)效力和負(fù)責(zé)情況,從法學(xué)角度探討戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。建議:設(shè)置戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)獨(dú)立的監(jiān)督和管理機(jī)構(gòu);強(qiáng)化資質(zhì)鑒定;建立資格證書(shū)制度;對(duì)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行分類管理;完善戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)立法;加強(qiáng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的宣傳教育等。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the management mode of outdoor sports, club qualification certification, legislative supervision, rescue responsibility, insurance effectiveness and responsibility by using the method of literature, and probes into the risk management of outdoor sports from the perspective of law. It is suggested that the independent supervision and management organization of outdoor sports should be set up, the qualification appraisal should be strengthened, the qualification certificate system should be established, the classified management of outdoor sports should be carried out, the legislation of outdoor sports should be improved, and the publicity and education of outdoor sports risk should be strengthened.
