【摘要】：發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游是青藏草原區(qū)的一種保護(hù)性開(kāi)發(fā)策略,減輕旅游環(huán)境影響是青藏地區(qū)草原生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查,評(píng)價(jià)青藏地區(qū)草原各主要旅游活動(dòng)方式的環(huán)境影響程度,分析各種旅游活動(dòng)的環(huán)境影響機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:文化參與的環(huán)境影響最小,其次是游覽觀光,再次是休閑度假;各種旅游活動(dòng)中人均草地資源占用額度、及污染物排放量不同是導(dǎo)致其環(huán)境影響差異的主要原因。在青藏地區(qū)草原旅游發(fā)展中,以減少旅游環(huán)境影響為目的,應(yīng)發(fā)揮特色旅游資源對(duì)文化參與及游覽觀光旅游方式的誘導(dǎo)作用及對(duì)游客的聚集作用,利用市場(chǎng)需求推動(dòng)環(huán)境影響小的旅游方式的發(fā)展,通過(guò)科學(xué)規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)旅游業(yè)環(huán)境友好型發(fā)展方向,并強(qiáng)化地方政府在環(huán)境保護(hù)方面的引導(dǎo)和約束職能。
[Abstract]:The development of ecotourism is a protective development strategy in Qinghai-Tibet grassland area, and reducing the impact of tourism environment is the inherent requirement of grassland ecotourism development in Qinghai-Tibet area. Through field investigation, this paper evaluates the environmental impact degree of the main tourism activities in Qinghai-Tibet grassland, and analyzes the environmental impact mechanism of various tourism activities. The results show that the environmental impact of cultural participation is the least, followed by sightseeing and leisure vacation, and the main reasons for the difference of environmental impact are the amount of grassland resources occupied per capita and the different emissions of pollutants in various tourism activities. In the development of grassland tourism in Qinghai-Tibet region, in order to reduce the impact of tourism environment, we should give full play to the role of characteristic tourism resources in inducing cultural participation and sightseeing tourism and gathering tourists. Make use of market demand to promote the development of tourism mode with little environmental impact, lead the direction of tourism environment-friendly development through scientific planning, and strengthen the guidance and restraint function of local government in environmental protection.
