【摘要】：濱海旅游是我國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分，進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代，全國濱海地區(qū)的濱海旅游發(fā)展迅速，但北戴河濱海旅游卻進(jìn)入了瓶頸期，旅游發(fā)展處于停滯狀態(tài)，雖然2000年之后，北戴河旅游接待人數(shù)和旅游收入總體均呈持續(xù)上升趨勢，但是北戴河濱海旅游整體的發(fā)展態(tài)勢并不明朗。同時(shí)在秦皇島提出“旅游立市”戰(zhàn)略的背景下，北戴河作為秦皇島的一個(gè)重要旅游區(qū)，其濱海旅游發(fā)展直接影響到戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。因此，分析北戴河濱海旅游的發(fā)展演化機(jī)理及動(dòng)力機(jī)制，可以指明北戴河濱海旅游未來發(fā)展方向。本文以系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)為指導(dǎo)，對北戴河濱海旅游發(fā)展演化機(jī)理及動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行了綜合分析，進(jìn)而提出提升北戴河濱海旅游發(fā)展的對策。 首先，，對選題的背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究方法和研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析，闡述了相關(guān)概念和基本理論，為后文研究提供理論依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。 其次，對北戴河濱海旅游的發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行了分析，總結(jié)了北戴河濱海旅游發(fā)展演化的特征，從耗散結(jié)構(gòu)的角度，運(yùn)用Logistic回歸模型，分析了北戴河濱海旅游發(fā)展演化的規(guī)律，指出北戴河濱海旅游發(fā)展演化的本質(zhì)。 再次，在對北戴河濱海旅游動(dòng)力因子進(jìn)行了定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了濱海旅游動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建，對北戴河濱海旅游動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)之間的因果關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析，建立旅游動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)仿真，對北戴河濱海旅游動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 最后，從北戴河濱海旅游動(dòng)力子系統(tǒng)的各方面出發(fā)，提出了優(yōu)化北戴河濱海旅游動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的對策，以促進(jìn)北戴河濱海旅游的健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Coastal tourism is an important part of China's marine industry. In the 1990s, coastal tourism in coastal areas of China has developed rapidly, but Beidaihe coastal tourism has entered a bottleneck period, and tourism development is at a standstill. Although after 2000, the number of tourism recipients and tourism income in Beidaihe has continued to rise, but the overall development trend of Beidaihe coastal tourism is not clear. At the same time, under the background of Qinhuangdao's strategy of "setting up a city", Beidaihe, as an important tourist area of Qinhuangdao, its coastal tourism development has a direct impact on the implementation of the strategy. Therefore, the future development direction of Beidaihe coastal tourism can be pointed out by analyzing the development and evolution mechanism and dynamic mechanism of Beidaihe coastal tourism. Under the guidance of system science, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development and evolution mechanism and dynamic mechanism of Beidaihe coastal tourism, and then puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of Beidaihe coastal tourism. First of all, the background of the topic, research significance, research review at home and abroad, research methods and research content are analyzed, and the related concepts and basic theories are expounded, which provides theoretical basis and guidance for the following research. Secondly, the development stage of Beidaihe coastal tourism is analyzed, the characteristics of Beidaihe coastal tourism development and evolution are summarized, and the law of Beidaihe coastal tourism development and evolution is analyzed by using Logistic regression model from the point of view of dissipative structure. The essence of the development and evolution of Beidaihe coastal tourism is pointed out. Thirdly, based on the quantitative analysis of the coastal tourism dynamic factors of Beidaihe, the construction of coastal tourism power system is put forward, and the causality between Beidaihe coastal tourism power system is analyzed. The structure model of tourism power system is established and the system simulation is carried out to evaluate the operation effect of Beidaihe coastal tourism power system. Finally, starting from all aspects of Beidaihe coastal tourism power subsystem, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize Beidaihe coastal tourism power system in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of Beidaihe coastal tourism.
