【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是一種新興的旅游方式。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,休閑成為一種新的價(jià)值方向,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)成為發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要手段,文章以發(fā)展政和縣林屯村休閑農(nóng)業(yè),促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為目的,從而為解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題尋找新途徑。 本文采用了規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、歸納總結(jié)、訪談等方法,首先對(duì)當(dāng)前休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性梳理,包括對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的定義、特征、功能、分類、以及國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況,特別就國(guó)外的法國(guó)、日本、新加坡三國(guó)以及國(guó)內(nèi)的臺(tái)灣、北京、上海的休閑農(nóng)村發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究分析。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)政和縣林屯村基本情況進(jìn)行介紹,包括政和縣基本情況和林屯村基本情況。進(jìn)而以林屯村為例,研究了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與建設(shè)新農(nóng)村的互惠共生、相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系,從該村的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),詳細(xì)分析了其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、發(fā)展的機(jī)遇、威脅,制定了林屯村發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的開(kāi)發(fā)思路和總體定位,并對(duì)林屯村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出對(duì)策與建議,為今后的實(shí)施確立指導(dǎo)性框架。 通過(guò)研究論述,對(duì)政和縣林屯村實(shí)施休閑農(nóng)村項(xiàng)目提供指導(dǎo)性意見(jiàn),達(dá)到促進(jìn)政和縣林屯村興起發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的目的,通過(guò)發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游帶來(lái)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)改革,為發(fā)展社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村尋找新的途徑。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new way of tourism. With the development of economy, leisure has become a new value direction, and leisure agriculture has become an important means to develop rural economy. The purpose of this article is to develop leisure agriculture in Lintun Village of Zhenghe County and promote the development of local economy. So as to solve the "three rural" problem to find a new way. In this paper, the methods of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis, induction and summary, interview and other methods are adopted. Firstly, the current literature on leisure agriculture is systematically combed, including the definition, characteristics, functions, classification of leisure agriculture, and so on. And domestic and foreign development situation, especially in France, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai leisure rural development research and analysis. Then on this basis, the basic situation of Lintun Village in Zhenghe County is introduced, including the basic situation of Zhenghe County and the basic situation of Lintun Village. Taking Lintun Village as an example, this paper studies the reciprocal symbiosis and mutual promotion between leisure agriculture and the construction of new countryside. From the present situation of the village, it analyzes its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of development in detail. The development ideas and general orientation of developing leisure agriculture in Lintun village were formulated, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in Lintun village were put forward, so as to establish a guiding frame for the future implementation of leisure agriculture in Lintun village. Through the research and discussion, this paper provides guidance for the implementation of leisure rural projects in Lintun Village in Zhenghe County, in order to promote the rise and development of leisure agriculture in Lintun Village in Zhenghe County, and bring about the development of rural economy through the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism. Promote rural land circulation reform, for the development of new socialist countryside to find new ways.
