【摘要】：低碳旅游是低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,它通過在旅游過程中低碳理念的貫徹實(shí)施、低碳技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,以期旅游業(yè)在低碳排放或者零碳排放的前提下,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游地旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。低碳旅游以其低能耗、低污染、低碳甚至零碳排放的特征,成為國內(nèi)外許多旅游地積極倡導(dǎo)的旅游發(fā)展模式。 本文的研究背景是在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)和低碳旅游受到國際社會(huì)強(qiáng)烈關(guān)注和福州市建設(shè)“中國溫泉之都”的情況下,從評(píng)價(jià)旅游地低碳旅游發(fā)展水平出發(fā),對(duì)低碳旅游理論體系進(jìn)行了深入的探索,嘗試構(gòu)建出綜合評(píng)價(jià)低碳旅游發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用了AHP(層次分析法)對(duì)各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重進(jìn)行確定。進(jìn)而運(yùn)用構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)貴安溫泉旅游度假區(qū)低碳旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià)和定性分析,并從低碳旅游四個(gè)核心要素出發(fā),嘗試構(gòu)建了貴安溫泉旅游度假區(qū)低碳旅游發(fā)展模式,最后,結(jié)合度假區(qū)低碳旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出其未來其低碳旅游發(fā)展的對(duì)策措施。 低碳旅游是未來旅游業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)全球氣候變化的重要途徑,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑。希望本文的研究成果對(duì)貴安溫泉旅游度假區(qū)未來旅游發(fā)展和福州溫泉景區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒參考意義。
[Abstract]:Low-carbon tourism is the product of the vigorous development of low-carbon economy. Through the implementation of low-carbon concept and the application of low-carbon technology in the process of tourism, the tourism industry is expected to achieve low-carbon emissions or zero-carbon emissions under the premise of low-carbon emissions or zero-carbon emissions. Finally realize the sustainable development of tourist destination tourism. Low-carbon tourism, with its characteristics of low energy consumption, low pollution, low carbon and even zero carbon emissions, has become an active tourism development model advocated by many tourist destinations at home and abroad. The research background of this paper is that the low-carbon economy and low-carbon tourism have received strong attention from the international community and Fuzhou City has been building "China's hot spring capital", starting from the evaluation of the development level of low-carbon tourism in tourist areas. This paper probes into the theoretical system of low-carbon tourism, tries to construct an index system for comprehensive evaluation of the development of low-carbon tourism, and uses AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Then using the constructed evaluation index to evaluate the current situation of low-carbon tourism development in Guian Spa Tourism Resort quantitatively and qualitatively, and proceed from the four core elements of low-carbon tourism. This paper attempts to construct the low-carbon tourism development mode of Guian Spa Tourism Resort. Finally, combined with the present situation and existing problems of the low-carbon tourism development in the resort, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for its low-carbon tourism development in the future. Low carbon tourism is an important way for tourism to deal with global climate change in the future, and it is also an important way to realize sustainable development of tourism. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can be used for reference to the future tourism development of Guian Spa Resort and the sustainable development of Fuzhou Spa Scenic spot.
