平樂景區(qū)旅游資源保護(hù)與開發(fā)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】：平樂鎮(zhèn)歷史文化悠久,自然風(fēng)景秀美。近10年來,隨著四川省旅游業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,平樂景區(qū)具備了一定的旅游市場的需求內(nèi)動(dòng)力和影響力。但是,平樂景區(qū)的開發(fā)和旅游資源保護(hù)不相適宜的現(xiàn)象越來越多,而對該地旅游資源保護(hù)與開發(fā)進(jìn)行深入研究是風(fēng)景資源保護(hù)與利用研究中的重要方向,本文以平樂景區(qū)開發(fā)為切入點(diǎn),采用了文獻(xiàn)綜述、實(shí)地調(diào)研、實(shí)證分析和定性分析等研究方法,旨在針對旅游資源保護(hù)與開發(fā)問題,切合實(shí)際地提出解決對策。 全文主要分為三個(gè)部分,在前言和理論綜述部分,本文結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料,探討了平樂景區(qū)開發(fā)中的資源保護(hù)問題,通過對國內(nèi)外旅游資源開發(fā)與管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化論證,提出了研究內(nèi)容、研究方法與技術(shù)路線。 正文的第一部分為平樂景區(qū)旅游資源現(xiàn)狀與綜合評價(jià),該章節(jié)介紹了該景區(qū)的概況,總結(jié)了歷史文化和自然旅游資源的現(xiàn)狀,隨后通過深入平樂景區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,闡述了平樂景區(qū)旅游資源綜合評價(jià)與旅游市丁場發(fā)展評估,進(jìn)而分析了平樂景區(qū)開發(fā)中旅游資源保護(hù)需求預(yù)測。研究表明,平樂景區(qū)已經(jīng)由初始階段過渡到了發(fā)展階段,經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展會相繼經(jīng)歷高潮階段和穩(wěn)定階段,旅游人數(shù)和旅游收入會出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的增加,旅游人均消費(fèi)水平也將不斷的提高。隨著大量游客的涌入,必然導(dǎo)致環(huán)境的污染和破壞,需要對旅游資源加以保護(hù)。 正文的第二部分對平樂景區(qū)傳統(tǒng)文化旅游資源的保護(hù)性開發(fā)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了深入研究,利用實(shí)際的調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行了科學(xué)論證,提出了平樂景區(qū)旅游資源開發(fā)規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)思想、規(guī)劃的定位、目標(biāo)和范圍,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),旅游貿(mào)易學(xué),探討了平樂景區(qū)在旅游資源保護(hù)方而應(yīng)該實(shí)施的舉措,羅列了開發(fā)規(guī)劃布局、分區(qū)、項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、開發(fā)措施的具體方法,進(jìn)而對平樂景區(qū)旅游資源保護(hù)提出了多條可行性建議和策略,這些策略包括凈化核心景區(qū),突出傳統(tǒng)文化原真性：多部門協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作,探究完整的合作體；建立景區(qū)開發(fā)式保護(hù)管理模式；政府主導(dǎo)、建設(shè)基于傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)的生態(tài)型旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)�？傊�,要堅(jiān)持保護(hù)和開發(fā)并舉,在開發(fā)的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上實(shí)現(xiàn)最佳配置,始終堅(jiān)持走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。 綜上所述,本文討論了如何更好的發(fā)揮資源保護(hù),對平樂景區(qū)旅游業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用,在分析了平樂景區(qū)的旅游資源特征后,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,對平樂景區(qū)的開發(fā)情況做了闡述,研究開發(fā)規(guī)劃方案的指導(dǎo)思想、目標(biāo)、范圍,最后得出了本文的結(jié)論的同時(shí),對今后的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望�？梢哉f,這些研究成果不論是對平樂景區(qū)的旅游,還是對四川省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展都有積極作用,對其他景點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游資源的保護(hù)也有一定的指引和借鑒作用。本文的結(jié)論可供從事旅游、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會、環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面的研究者、師生及管理人員等參考。
[Abstract]:Pingle Town has a long history and beautiful natural scenery. In the past 10 years, with the rapid development of tourism industry in Sichuan Province, Pingle Scenic area has the power and influence of tourism market. However, there are more and more phenomena that the development of Pingle Scenic area and the protection of tourism resources are not suitable, and the in-depth study on the protection and development of tourist resources is an important direction in the research of the protection and utilization of scenic resources. This paper takes the development of Pingle scenic spot as the starting point, adopts the research methods of literature review, field investigation, empirical analysis and qualitative analysis, aiming at the protection and development of tourism resources, and puts forward some practical solutions. The full text is divided into three parts, in the preface and the theory summary part, this article unifies the literature material, has probed into the resources protection question in the development of Pingle scenic spot, through carries on the systematic demonstration to the domestic and foreign tourism resources development and the management present situation, The research content, research method and technical route are put forward. The first part of the text is the status quo and comprehensive evaluation of the tourism resources in Pingle scenic area. This chapter introduces the general situation of the scenic area, summarizes the current situation of historical culture and natural tourism resources, and then carries out a field investigation through in-depth investigation in Pingle scenic area. This paper expounds the comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources in Pingle scenic area and the development evaluation of tourism market, and then analyzes the forecast of tourism resources protection demand in the development of Pingle scenic spot. The research shows that Pingle Scenic area has already transitioned from the initial stage to the development stage. After several years of development, the tourism population and tourism income will increase correspondingly after several years of development will go through the climax stage and the stable stage. Tourism per capita consumption level will continue to improve. With the influx of tourists, it will inevitably lead to environmental pollution and damage, which needs to protect tourism resources. The second part of the text has carried on the thorough research to the protection development plan of the traditional culture tourism resources of the Pingle scenic spot, has carried on the scientific demonstration using the actual investigation result, has proposed the guiding ideology of the Pingle scenic spot tourism resources development plan. The orientation, objectives and scope of the planning, combined with economics and tourism trade, discuss the measures that should be implemented in the protection of tourism resources in Pingle Scenic area, and list the specific methods of development planning layout, zoning, project planning, and development measures. Then put forward a number of feasible suggestions and strategies for the protection of tourism resources in Pingle Scenic area. These strategies include purifying the core scenic spots, highlighting the authenticity of traditional culture: coordinating the operation of various departments and exploring the complete cooperative body; Establishing the management mode of scenic spot development protection and government leading, constructing ecotype tourism industry based on traditional culture protection. In short, we should persist in both protection and development, realize the best allocation in quantity and quality of development, and always follow the road of sustainable development. To sum up, this paper discusses how to better play the role of resource protection, the promotion of tourism in Pingle scenic area, after analyzing the characteristics of tourism resources in Pingle scenic area, through field research, the development of Pingle scenic spot is expounded. The guiding ideology, goal and scope of the research and development plan are discussed. At last, the conclusion of this paper is drawn, and the future research direction is prospected. It can be said that these research results have a positive effect on the tourism of Pingle Scenic area and the development of tourism industry in Sichuan Province, and also have a certain guiding and referential effect on the protection of tourism resources of other scenic spots. The conclusion of this paper can be used as reference for researchers, teachers and students, managers and so on in tourism, economy, culture, society and environmental protection.
