酒店環(huán)境行為及內(nèi)部驅(qū)動機制研究

【摘要】:在環(huán)境問題日益突顯的背景下,各酒店或出于經(jīng)濟收益,或出于塑造良好企業(yè)形象考慮,紛紛引入環(huán)境管理系統(tǒng)(Environment management system,EMS)。近些年來,許多發(fā)展中國家也開始重視環(huán)境問題,一方面政府對各行各業(yè)施壓以促使其采取環(huán)境行為,另一方面企業(yè)自身基于各種因素的考慮也開始積極主動的采取環(huán)境行為。在旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的指導下,酒店作為旅游行業(yè)的重要組成部分,紛紛開始實施環(huán)境行為。 本研究主要包含三個部分,一是對酒店的環(huán)境行為現(xiàn)狀進行量化評估,二是探討酒店環(huán)境行為的內(nèi)部驅(qū)動因素及其影響機制,三是促進酒店環(huán)境行為實施的對策研究。具體研究路徑為:通過問卷調(diào)查獲取相關數(shù)據(jù),利用因子分析方法構建酒店環(huán)境行為評價方程,計算得到調(diào)查樣本的環(huán)境行為得分(Hotel Environment Behavior,HEB),并對其進行討論;以HEB因變量,,酒店環(huán)境行為內(nèi)部驅(qū)動因子為自變量,建立回歸方程模型,驗證研究假設,并對其進行深度討論;以研究假設驗證結果為依據(jù),進行促進酒店環(huán)境行為的對策研究。該研究具有一定的理論意義和實踐意義: 理論意義:第一,國內(nèi)關于酒店環(huán)境行為的研究較少,本研究嘗試對我國酒店環(huán)境行為進行研究,具有創(chuàng)新性意義。第二,本研究探索性的將經(jīng)濟學、管理學等理論用于酒店環(huán)境行為的理論分析,完善了該研究領域的理論基礎。第三,本研究提出酒店環(huán)境行為內(nèi)部驅(qū)動因子,構建酒店環(huán)境行為內(nèi)部驅(qū)動機制的理論框架和假設,為后續(xù)相關研究,如酒店環(huán)境行為績效研究等提供理論支持。 實踐意義:首先,通過問卷調(diào)查的形式對酒店環(huán)境行為現(xiàn)狀進行量化評估,較為客觀的反映了我國酒店的環(huán)境管理現(xiàn)狀。其次,本研究專注于內(nèi)部驅(qū)動因素,運用回歸分析方法對研究提出的假設進行驗證,確定顯著影響酒店環(huán)境行為的內(nèi)部驅(qū)動因子,構建酒店環(huán)境行為的內(nèi)部驅(qū)動機制框架,并在實證研究的基礎上,提出相關對策與建議。 通過實證研究,量化評估了所調(diào)查樣本的環(huán)境行為,并將酒店環(huán)境行為劃分為 主動型,防御型,寬松型,不作為型,驗證了包括酒店規(guī)模、酒店成長周期、酒店社會責任動機、酒店等級在內(nèi)的四個研究假設。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasingly prominent environmental problems, hotels have introduced the Environmental Management system (Environment management system,EMS) either out of economic benefits or in order to create a good corporate image. In recent years, many developing countries have also begun to pay attention to environmental issues. On the one hand, the government has put pressure on various industries to urge them to take environmental behavior, on the other hand, enterprises have also started to take the initiative to take environmental behavior on their own, based on the consideration of various factors. Under the guidance of the concept of tourism sustainable development, hotels, as an important part of the tourism industry, have begun to implement environmental behavior. This research mainly includes three parts: first, the quantitative evaluation of the present situation of hotel environmental behavior; second, the discussion of the internal driving factors of hotel environmental behavior and its influencing mechanism; third, the research of countermeasures to promote the implementation of hotel environmental behavior. The specific research path is: through the questionnaire survey to obtain the relevant data, using the factor analysis method to construct the hotel environmental behavior evaluation equation, calculate the environmental behavior score (Hotel Environment Behavior,HEB of the investigation sample, and discuss it; Taking the HEB dependent variable and the internal driving factor of hotel environmental behavior as independent variables, the regression equation model is established, and the hypothesis is verified and discussed in depth. Based on the results of hypothesis verification, the countermeasures to promote hotel environmental behavior are studied. The research has some theoretical and practical significance: first, there are few researches on hotel environmental behavior in China. Secondly, this research uses economics and management theory to analyze the hotel environment behavior, which improves the theoretical basis of the research field. Thirdly, this study puts forward the internal driving factor of hotel environmental behavior, constructs the theoretical framework and hypothesis of the internal driving mechanism of hotel environmental behavior, and provides theoretical support for subsequent related research, such as hotel environmental behavior performance research. Practical significance: firstly, the present situation of hotel environmental behavior is evaluated quantitatively by questionnaire survey, which objectively reflects the present situation of hotel environmental management in China. Secondly, this study focuses on the internal driving factors, uses regression analysis method to verify the hypothesis put forward in the study, determines the internal driving factors that significantly affect hotel environmental behavior, and constructs the internal driving mechanism framework of hotel environmental behavior. And on the basis of empirical research, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Through the empirical study, the environmental behavior of the investigated sample was quantitatively evaluated, and the hotel environmental behavior was divided into active type, defensive type, loose type, inaction type, and verified including hotel size, hotel growth cycle.
