【摘要】：近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)位于城市近郊，是一種特殊類型的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)。隨著城市化和風(fēng)景旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，目前我國的城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)正處于開發(fā)建設(shè)的高潮時期，其在規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、保護(hù)和管理等方面存在著諸多的矛盾和問題。因此，對城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究不僅很有必要，也很有意義。本文借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)規(guī)劃理論與實踐經(jīng)驗，并結(jié)合筆者的規(guī)劃實踐，，理論聯(lián)系實際，對城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。詳細(xì)分析了城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)存在或面臨的主要問題，提出了相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃對策，以期為城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃提供一定的參考和借鑒。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)果如下： (1)總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展，明確了本文的研究內(nèi)容、方法、目的與意義；并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了城市、城市化、風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)與風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃的概念與內(nèi)涵,總結(jié)歸納了風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的分類及其規(guī)劃層次與內(nèi)容,界定了城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)在本文中的概念,并對相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了初步的研究。 (2)對城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的基本屬性進(jìn)行了較為全面的認(rèn)知,分別闡述了城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的特征、功能，以及城景之間的互動發(fā)展過程和關(guān)系。 (3)結(jié)合我國城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀概況和有關(guān)案例，深入分析了其在土地利用、生態(tài)環(huán)境、道路交通、景觀空間、歷史人文、居民社會及經(jīng)營管理等七大方面存在的突出問題，明確了本文要著重探討的問題和寫作的切入點；并在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒國內(nèi)外有關(guān)理論和實踐經(jīng)驗，探討了城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃應(yīng)對上述七大方面問題的相關(guān)對策，以及一些具體的方法和技術(shù)。 (4)以福建省柘榮縣東獅山省級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)總體規(guī)劃為例，理論聯(lián)系實際，對提出的關(guān)于城市近郊型風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的規(guī)劃對策進(jìn)行實證分析，驗證其在實際操作中的可行性，并思考總結(jié)了在做規(guī)劃時要著重把握的幾條核心理念。
[Abstract]:Suburban scenic spot is a special type of scenic spot located in the suburb of city. With the rapid development of urbanization and landscape tourism, the urban suburban scenic spots in China are in the period of development and construction. There are many contradictions and problems in planning, construction, protection and management. Therefore, it is not only necessary but also meaningful to study the planning of suburban scenic spots. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related planning theory and the practical experience, unifies the author's planning practice, the theory unifies the practice, has carried on the more systematic research to the city suburb type scenic spot plan. This paper analyzes in detail the main problems existing or facing in the urban suburban scenic spots, and puts forward the corresponding planning countermeasures in order to provide some reference and reference for the planning of the urban suburban scenic spots. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: (1) the research progress at home and abroad is summarized, and the research content, method, purpose and significance of this paper are clarified. The concept and connotation of the planning of scenic spots and scenic spots are summarized, and the classification, planning levels and contents of scenic spots are summarized, and the concept of urban suburban scenic spots in this paper is defined. And the related basic theories are studied. (2) the basic properties of the suburban scenic spots are comprehensively recognized, and the characteristics and functions of the suburban scenic spots are expounded respectively. And the interactive development process and relationship between urban scenery. (3) combined with the current situation of urban suburban scenic spots and related cases, in-depth analysis of its land use, ecological environment, road traffic, landscape space, The outstanding problems in seven aspects, such as history and humanities, resident society, management and management, etc., have made clear the problems that this article should focus on and the starting point of writing, and draw lessons from relevant theories and practical experiences at home and abroad on this basis. This paper probes into the relevant countermeasures and some concrete methods and techniques for the planning of the urban suburban scenic spots in response to the above seven major problems. (4) taking the overall planning of the provincial scenic spots in Dongshi Mountain, Zhelong County, Fujian Province as an example, Combining theory with practice, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the planning countermeasures of urban suburban scenic spots, verifies its feasibility in practical operation, and thinks and summarizes several core concepts to be grasped in planning.
