河北秦皇島旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、問題與對策研究

【摘要】：在世界各國，旅游業(yè)越來越受到各國政府的重視，發(fā)展勢頭強勁。我國旅游貿(mào)易經(jīng)過20多年的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。后金融危機時代旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟貢獻越來越大。政府已經(jīng)把旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)放在首要位置來抓，堅持把發(fā)展旅游貿(mào)易業(yè)這個支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)放到本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要位置來考慮.在這種情況下，秦皇島市的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展面臨著前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。 本文以秦皇島市旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及游客滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系的建立為調(diào)查研究對象，探索了秦皇島市旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)狀中在大環(huán)境和小環(huán)境下的所具備的優(yōu)劣條件，旨在發(fā)掘秦皇島旅游業(yè)增長面臨的深層次挑戰(zhàn)，尋找目前秦皇島市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的機遇，從而提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策，從而推動秦皇島市旅游業(yè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定快速增長。 本文運用西方經(jīng)濟學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)等相關(guān)理論和SWOT分析法、理論分析法、統(tǒng)計分析法、比較分析法、歸納總結(jié)法、定量和定性研究方法、實地考察法、訪談法，內(nèi)容主要圍繞秦皇島旅游業(yè)發(fā)展背景的分析、數(shù)據(jù)的歸納整理、現(xiàn)狀的考察、案例的對比，以及對游客滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系定量和定性研究等幾個方面進行。主要研究成果是： 一是根據(jù)對秦皇島市旅游業(yè)進行SWOT分析、理論分析等，研究得出秦皇島市旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易可以借助的優(yōu)勢和需要彌補或者避讓的劣勢，可以利用的當(dāng)前大小環(huán)境的機遇和潛在的挑戰(zhàn)，，提出秦皇島旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的對策，包括政府的宏觀政策調(diào)控、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)等方面。 二是運用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的方法建立一套相對客觀公正、科學(xué)合理的游客滿意度評價體系，筆者通過大量的文獻搜索以及走訪調(diào)查征詢專家意見建立了該游客滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系，并且在北戴河某個景區(qū)進行了現(xiàn)場調(diào)查走訪100名國內(nèi)外游客統(tǒng)計出數(shù)據(jù)，以該數(shù)據(jù)為例應(yīng)用筆者的評價體系進行了統(tǒng)計分析計算得出該景點的游客滿意度評價為“較好”。盡管筆者征求有關(guān)專家意見考慮了評價的導(dǎo)向性和客觀性，但是由于調(diào)查人員有較大的隨機性，所以該調(diào)查結(jié)果有一定的誤差。采取此方法時應(yīng)擴大數(shù)據(jù)的采集量針對不同的人群分別開展調(diào)查。 目前秦皇島市旅游業(yè)雖然有一定程度的發(fā)展，但是依然存在許多不足之處，通過走訪調(diào)查、查閱文獻資料，找出秦皇島市旅游業(yè)存在的問題，并在研究基礎(chǔ)上提出應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:In the world, tourism is more and more the attention of governments, the momentum of development is strong. After more than 20 years' development, China's tourism trade has become an important part of China's tertiary industry. The development of tourism in the post-financial crisis era is contributing more and more to the economy. The government has put the tourism industry at the top of its agenda and insisted on putting the development of tourism and trade as a pillar industry in the economic and social development of the region. In this case, Qinhuangdao's tourism development is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper takes the present situation of Qinhuangdao tourism industry and the establishment of tourist satisfaction evaluation index system as the research object, explores the advantages and disadvantages of Qinhuangdao tourism status in the big environment and small environment. The purpose of this paper is to explore the deep challenge of Qinhuangdao's tourism growth, to find out the opportunity of Qinhuangdao's tourism development at present, and to put forward the corresponding development countermeasures, so as to promote the Qinhuangdao's tourism industry to grow steadily and rapidly. This paper uses western economics, statistics, econometrics and other relevant theories and SWOT analysis, theoretical analysis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, summing up, quantitative and qualitative research methods, field visits, interviews, The contents mainly focus on the analysis of the background of Qinhuangdao tourism development, the summarization of the data, the investigation of the present situation, the comparison of cases, and the quantitative and qualitative research on the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction. The main research results are as follows: first, based on the SWOT analysis and theoretical analysis of Qinhuangdao tourism industry, the author draws the conclusion that Qinhuangdao tourism service trade can benefit from the advantages and disadvantages that need to be remedied or avoided. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of Qinhuangdao's tourism development, including the government's macro-policy control, infrastructure construction, talent training and so on. Secondly, using the method of fuzzy mathematics to establish a set of relatively objective and fair, scientific and reasonable evaluation system of tourist satisfaction, the author establishes the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction through a large number of literature searches and visits and inquiries for expert opinions. And in Beidaihe Scenic spot, 100 tourists from home and abroad were investigated, and the data were analyzed by the author's evaluation system. The result shows that the tourist satisfaction evaluation of Beidaihe scenic spot is "good". Although the author has considered the orientation and objectivity of the evaluation in seeking the opinions of the experts concerned, the investigation results have some errors because of the larger randomness of the investigators. When adopting this method, we should expand the amount of data collected and carry out investigation for different groups of people. Although the tourism industry of Qinhuangdao has developed to a certain extent, there are still many deficiencies. Through the investigation and reference of literature, the problems in the tourism industry of Qinhuangdao are found out, and the countermeasures are put forward on the basis of the research.

Through the investigation and reference of literature, the problems in the tourism industry of Qinhuangdao are found out, and the countermeasures are put forward on the basis of the research.
