【摘要】：在遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)規(guī)劃建設中貫徹自然保護區(qū)、旅游風景區(qū)資源的保護及旅游開發(fā)的相相關原理,有效保護生態(tài)環(huán)境和生態(tài)旅游資源。利用遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)現(xiàn)有的產業(yè)基礎和生態(tài)旅游資源,進行適度開開發(fā),發(fā)揮生態(tài)優(yōu)勢,保護與建設同時兼顧。 隨著經濟的發(fā)展,“生態(tài)旅游”也成為了世界各地發(fā)展的熱點,各地的的生態(tài)旅游區(qū)、生態(tài)經濟區(qū)、自然保護區(qū)也如火如荼的建設起來。由于生態(tài)環(huán)境是十分脆弱的,在開發(fā)與建設的同時,應該正確把握保護與開發(fā)的度,避免不適當?shù)拈_發(fā)給資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來的影響和破壞。 因此,在各地區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設中,生態(tài)旅游資源的保護與開發(fā)是其規(guī)劃建設的的重點,應在資源進行有效保護的基礎上進行適度開發(fā)。本文遵循系統(tǒng)整體性、以自然為本、因地制宜特色開發(fā)、循序漸進適度開發(fā)與特殊保護以及綜合效益原則,采用分區(qū)規(guī)劃以及分區(qū)保護等方式,對生態(tài)旅游資源進行有效保護與合理開發(fā),并針對遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)生態(tài)旅游資源單體的保護與開發(fā)提出具體的策略。 論文第一部分闡述了課題的選題背景、目的與意義,國內外同類課題研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢、研究方法等。論文第二部分主要闡述了生態(tài)旅游資源保護與開發(fā)的理論綜述。論文第三部分主要是以生態(tài)旅游資源為研究對象,介紹遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)生態(tài)旅游資源保護與開發(fā)的可行性與必要性、生態(tài)旅游資源的現(xiàn)狀、分類結果、旅游業(yè)及旅游環(huán)境容量的調查與分析。論文第四部分通過對理論的研究和實踐的分析,歸納出適合本文生態(tài)旅游資源保護與開發(fā)的方法,指導保護與開發(fā)的策略研究。論文第五部分是文章研究的重點。結合遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)的實證分析,提出遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)的生態(tài)發(fā)展結構、景觀分區(qū)格局。從生態(tài)旅游資源的整合、保護的層次劃分及控制、環(huán)境容量控制、生態(tài)旅游產品的開發(fā)、保護與開發(fā)的關系策略、生態(tài)旅游的管理等方面,提出保護與開發(fā)的具體措施,營造良好自然環(huán)境。論文的第六部分對遼河口生態(tài)經濟區(qū)生態(tài)旅游資源保護與開發(fā)的總結。
[Abstract]:In the planning and construction of the ecological economic zone of Liaohe Estuary, the natural reserve, the protection of tourist scenic spot resources and the related principle of tourism exploitation are carried out, and the ecological environment and ecotourism resources are effectively protected. By utilizing the existing industrial foundation and ecotourism resources in Liaohe Estuary Eco-Economic Zone, it is necessary to develop properly, bring ecological advantages into full play, and protect and construct both at the same time. With the development of economy, "ecotourism" has also become a hot spot in the development of the world, and the eco-tourism areas, ecological economic zones and nature reserves have been constructed in full swing. Since the ecological environment is very fragile, we should correctly grasp the degree of protection and development while developing and constructing, to avoid the impact and damage to resources and ecological environment caused by improper exploitation. Therefore, in the planning and construction of various regions, the protection and development of ecotourism resources is the focus of its planning and construction, and it should be properly exploited on the basis of effective protection of resources. This paper follows the principles of system integrity, natural-oriented, characteristic development according to local conditions, gradual and moderate development, special protection and comprehensive benefit, and adopts the methods of zoning planning and zoning protection, etc. Effective protection and reasonable exploitation of ecotourism resources are carried out, and specific strategies are put forward for the protection and development of ecotourism resources in Liaohe Estuary Eco-Economic Zone. The first part of the thesis describes the background, purpose and significance of the topic, the status quo and development trend of similar topics at home and abroad, research methods and so on. The second part of the paper mainly expounds the theory of ecotourism resources protection and development. The third part of the paper mainly takes the ecological tourism resources as the research object, introduces the feasibility and necessity of the protection and development of the ecological tourism resources in Liaohe Estuary Eco-Economic Zone, the present situation of the ecotourism resources and the classification results. Investigation and Analysis of Tourism and Tourism Environmental capacity. The fourth part of the paper through the theoretical research and practice analysis, summed up the appropriate ecological tourism resources protection and development methods, guiding the protection and development of the strategy study. The fifth part of the paper is the focus of the article. Based on the empirical analysis of Liaohe Estuary Ecological Economic Zone, the ecological development structure and landscape zoning pattern of Liaohe Estuary Ecological Economic Zone are put forward. From the aspects of integration of ecotourism resources, division and control of protection levels, control of environmental capacity, development of ecotourism products, strategies of relation between protection and exploitation, management of ecotourism, concrete measures of protection and development are put forward. Create a good natural environment. The sixth part summarizes the protection and development of ecotourism resources in Liaohekou Eco-Economic Zone.
